The reception was excellent and they gave us an upgrade to rooms overlooking the sea, but please make sure there is no smell of cigarettes even though the room is non-smoking."

"Booked into a room at this hotel for over a month for business and am disgusted by the lack of interest of the staff regarding complaints. I leave extremely early for work and I was trying to sleep as normal people do at 03:00am when the guests in the next room came back to their room at 03:10 extremely intoxicated and proceeded to make a lot of noise, when I asked them politely to keep it down I was told very aggressively to call reception if I have a problem and then proceeded to play extremely loud music for over an hour. I called reception on four different occasions to complain and was told security will handle it. Eventually I was told by reception that I must change rooms at 04:15 in the morning because the people making this extreme disturbance “are not ready to understand”. I am disgusted with the lack of concern for the hotel’s clients’ rights to a peaceful environment when guests and companies is spending so much money on rooms for extended periods of time."
