"We booked for a 3 bedroom suite with a 3beds for us to celebrate the new years eve. First, upon check in they dont want to accept the iqama or personal id of one of my friend they want only the passport. 2nd, we are so disppointed that they gave us only 1 king size bed and 2 of the rooms having the 2 separate beds which opposite to what we have booked. Upon trying to deliver the complain to the front desk they keep insisting that is the room set up they have and the only solution is to combined the beds which is not what we booked online and totally not comftable for us couples to sleep on. After few calls they just sent a hsk guy to fixed the bed and we demanded to talk with the FD manager and received no response. They sent a fruit basket for a service recovery which we dont need and which is not enough for unpleasant stay they caused us. Hospitality is our professions and this service was not up to their standard to be called a 4-star hotel."
