"Nice hotel, fairly spacious rooms that have a kettle and a small fridge. A big plus of the hotel is that Wi-Fi works on all floors and even on the territory of the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price, they offer a small buffet, but I think everyone will find something suitable for themselves - eggs, porridge, cereals, vegetables, pancakes, cottage cheese and freshly brewed coffee. There is no safe in the rooms, it is offered only at the reception, which will not be convenient for those who have a large amount of cash. Room cleaning costs 5 GEL. You can refuse it, but the hotel management does not welcome this. There were no do not disturb / no cleaning / clean my room signs in our room - this is an important point for us, because during the rest we do not like it when strangers enter the room and always hang a “do not disturb” sign. The hotel is located 15-20 minutes walk from the center, so it is suitable for those who like to walk or who come by car. The bar does not work in the hotel itself, but nearby, within a 5-minute walk, there is a 24-hour grocery store with everything you need. The feeling of being at home is also a plus, due to the fact that you really feel like you are visiting. This is also a minus - because you don’t get the classic hotel service here. But to each his own. My rating is 4 out of 5"

"Very disappointing. 1. The "hotel" is a health resort or rehabilitation facility. 2. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant and in the entrance area. 3. Delicious breakfast. 4. Rooms and furnishings are run down. Refrigerator is louder than a tractor. Patio door could not be locked. Table destroyed. Wallpaper torn off in one corner. 5. One receptionist was rude. When we wanted to change rooms after 5 minutes, she asked "why we are so late(?)". Conclusion: the price is not justified in any way. Not 4 stars!"

"The room was quite clean, there were towels with slippers and detergents (soap, shower gel). There was a safe in the cabinet. There was also a paid minibar and a couple of bottles of clean water with a kettle and tea bags in the room. The balcony overlooked the river, there was outdoor furniture and lighting on the balcony. There is a cafe in front of the entrance to the hotel, visitors to the cafe on the second floor could be heard at night, despite the closed balcony door. There was no shelf for personal detergents in the shower. The bed was quite small (about 140 cm wide). The staff was very friendly, despite the fact that they spoke poor Russian, they always tried to understand. A few words about breakfast: quite varied and tasty, there was even a national dish of Georgia - Megrelian khachapuri. The cafe in front of the entrance prepares excellent pizza with a crispy crust, I would also like to note that there are smiling and pleasant waiters working there."

"Very elegant hotel set next to the park which didn’t matter to us. What was Really nice was that this hotel is on the main tourist drag with plenty of small restaurants serving delicious Georgian food. It has a tiled, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Bar is lovely and I think Luca he was the person at the bar that evening was very helpful and showed us to the minister’s original suite. The manager was also nice and efficient. Breakfast is adequate but no where we went in Georgia did they serve good coffee."

"We choose this hotel as a historic building next to the gates of Borjomi Central Park. As it's a historic building we knew that rooms can't be very big, you have windows opening into the main courtyard and so on. I really liked the old building. We got a parking place for car at the yard of the hotel. We didn't use spa services as we had just a limited time at Borjomi but there were plenty of free times for their small spa. Breakfast room is very beautiful and choice of food was enough for small hotel."
