This lovely South Carolina unit called Sweetgrass, in downtown Beaufort, is on the street level of the carriage house one block from the Beaufort River. It has two bedrooms, one queen bed and one small full bed and one bath (connected to each bedroom), hardwood floors throughout, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the covered porch and furnished patio surrounded by 100 year old oak trees draped with Spanish moss and lovely gardens. This carriage house, recently brought back to life after many years of neglect, sits next to our home, Craven House. It truly is the best location in Beaufort, surrounded by stately mansions and rich history, allowing one to walk to restaurants, shops, museums and the waterfront park by the marina. It is an easy drive to Paris Island, the Sands beach in Port Royal and Hunting beach on the ocean.Linens, including beach towels, are included. Bonny Cottage is located on the property of Ellen and Mike Tomy, one block from the Beaufort River, in the beautiful historic district of Beaufort, South Carolina. It was built in the late 1800s after the recent "unpleasantness". This cottage is so cheerful and has such a sweet spirit, a bad mood will disappear very quickly. Lovely views are all around.Bonny Cottage has one bedroom with a comfy queen bed and a large bathroom with a shower, a full kitchen and laundry room.
