The Barn at Toad Hill is truly unique! It's a small barn (about 700 sf) that was moved into the property and completely remodeled. It has modern touches but keeps its rustic charm. The loft contains the bedroom. Downstairs you will find the living area, dining area, bathroom & kitchenette (please note...there is no stove/convection oven). There's a nice covered porch on the front. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville and about an hour from Gatlinburg. We are also a short drive from the airport. The property is NOT ran by a management company! We deal with everything personally so if you have any questions or problems you will be dealing directly with us. Laurel Valley Resort, which is less than a mile from the house, has a golf course, and the Laurel Valley outdoor pool and fitness center may be used by our guests as part of the rental.The family room and dining room and kitchen have hardwood and flagstone flooring, windows to the vaulted ceiling, a two story stacked stone gas fireplace, large 75" flat screen Smart TV and Blu-Ray player. The dining table seats 12 with additional seating for 8 at the kitchen bar.
