My wife and our team of talented craftsman curated every detail, adding in old home charm with antique newel posts, period corbels and restored windows. No part of the home went untouched. The waters-edge shack was ramshackle when we bought the house. This too has been fully restored with a main floor and a loft that can accommodate 3 or 4 adventurous guests who want to sleep inches from the water. This includes a garage for one car with room for additional cars bedside the house or on the nearby side street.Other things to noteOur home has a tidal dock out back. There is a first floor full bath with a pull out sofa in a den nearby, making one floor access an option for disabled guests. Please note, the house is very close to a busy street out front and has no fence at the shoreline.
