Taylor II House. I am Taylor House younger but larger sister, fully renovated and adequate vacation rental. All the improvements are designed to assure a great stay. Amazing location in front of the Brother Jonathan Park playground and basketball court. Just across the park is a viewpoint where you can enjoy the ocean, the lighthouse and beautiful sunsets. Like my sister I am five minutes to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, hardware stores, etc., 15 minutes to the redwood national and state parks, (Jedediah Smith and a stout Grove) and the Oregon border. All rooms are spacious, 2000 sq ft.² living space, very comfortable living room with 55 inches TV, cable, Roku, free Wi-Fi and Electric fireplace. A dedicated space with two desks, bookshelf and table with chairs, that can be used as an office, homeschooling, play games, etc. Large gourmet kitchen, brand new energy efficient appliances, granite countertops, fully equipped to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals. Large dining table for eight people, sliding door to the deck from the dining room. Properly ventilated full-size laundry room, Energy efficient washer and dryer in a sink with a medicine cabinet. Bedrooms:#1 Master bedroom, king size bed with en suite bathroom, granite countertop, two sinks, spa shower, walking closet, 45 inch TV, a sliding glass door to the deck.#2 bedroom, spacious with Cal King bed and closet.#3 Bedroom with Cal King bed in large closet. The second bathroom is very spacious and beautiful with granite countertop. All the bedrooms, bathrooms and living room have an electric heater with their own digital thermostat. My deck is large and beautiful with a large table and comfortable chairs and a built-in bench where you can enjoy your barbecues. All fenced Patio. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for preparingfood. The kids loved all the toys and games available to use.We stayed here for nine nights, the end of July through early August 2023. The location was perfect. Theproperty was well-kept, clean and had fun things to do for everyone. If we come back to Crescent City, we Willstay here again! Thank you for a perfect experience! We wouldn't change a thing!A gem near the giantsFrom start to finish our stay exceeded expectations. We were welcomed in the property with some snacks andtreats for the kids ! The house was clean, decorated with style, and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the rooms the roomseasily fit our family of seven. There is a TV in each room, warm comfortable bedding, and plenty of pillows andblankets. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we could have wanted. Our family would without questionstay here again. It was a wonderful vacation at a great welcoming home.Something for everyoneThis was a surprise property… very spacious for a large family.. kid friendly lots of games, toys. We look forwardto staying again if available on next trip over. Had everything we could possibly need for a true home away from Home trip.Comfortable and clean houseThis house worked great for our group of five. The backyard and patio furniture were a bonus. Beds were very comfortable. Dining table was big enough for some fun game playing and there were lots of games available in the closet.Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom Pet friendly house in Crescent City 2 blocks from the beach. The bedrooms feature a mix of 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen bed. There are also 2 twin cots. The property offers big screen TVs in every room, WiFi, a hair dryer, iron, washing machine/ dryer, fireplace, and AC for your convenience. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer.
