It features a beautifully landscaped, private outdoor living space, with a large deck, oversize table, plenty of comfy outdoor seating, firepit and a new gas grill, all sure to make for beautiful Cape Cod evenings. It’s a quiet spot for a morning cup of coffee, evening glass of wine, and plenty of lush lawn for games and running around. The enclosed outdoor shower is spacious and perfect for just rinsing off after the beach or for a more leisurely bathing experience in the afternoon sun. There is a claw-foot tub in the upstairs bathroom for a relaxing soak and an accessible, glass shower in the downstairs bathroom. There are also two indoor living areas – a sunroom and the main living room – each with a large-screen TV.
