It includes a bar, game table, full theatre room, a prison-cell playroom under the stairs all tastefully decorated in an old west theme inspired by the many western movies filmed in Kanab. The 1st lower level bedroom includes a king bed, sitting chair, and flat screen TV. The 2nd lower level bedroom includes a king bed, sitting chair, and flat screen TV. The 3rd lower level bedroom includes 2 sets of bunk beds. One is a full over full and the other is a twin over twin.Lower Level Bonus hidden room has a full over full bunk bed but will be converted to a room with a pull out couch soon. Please don't plan on this room having more than a pull out couch. If you stay before it is converted it will have the full over full bunk. We need to change this room to be compliant with Kanab City fire code. It is not a legal bedroom. It will be changed early next spring. The full bathroom includes a large shower and double vanity all finished to the theme of the rest of the basement.OUTDOOR SPACES The outdoor patio is the perfect place for a barbeque and then roasting marshmallows around the fire.
