The Sudden Valley Golf Course is close and open to the public. The Interurban Trail and Chuckanut Mountain are nearby for hiking, with routes from easy waterfront walks to ridgeline trails with views over Puget Sound.Downtown Bellingham has a serious food and brewery scene for a city its size. Gruff Brewing and Kulshan at Trackside are both worth an evening.
