"I booked through Trip.com. I went to check in. There was a sign that said call for assistance. I used the front desk phone and tried 4 times. The call would ring through but no one would speak then they would hang up. I went and got my phone from the car. Finally a woman ran in from outside saying they were overbooked by the “third party” and not to worry I wouldn’t be charged. The front desk area reeked if cigarette smoke and she smelled like beer. Before I went to sleep at another hotel they charged me as a no-show. I reported it to my card company who then cancelled my card. The place from the outside and lobby looked like a dump. I would never attempt to stay here again."

Hyatt Studios Texarkana

"We booked this hotel but due to new construction, it was not ready. This hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us, make us whole, and set us up in the area with another area hotel. We will definitely keep this property in mind when we return, and Hyatt does a great job taking care of its customers. Thank you!"

"The room smelled of cat piss mold, and the bathroom smelled like rust/copper. The bedding had some stains on the sheets and pillow cases. The breakfast was bare minimum and didn’t look appealing or edible just looked very unappealing that I went somewhere else for breakfast."

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin. Best nights sleep I had gotten in a while, amazing mattress! Bath house and bathrooms were clean and very close by. The pool looked amazing but not open just yet. The staff were nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back and stay again."
