I had a very good stay at the hotel, my 2nd time. Nice receptionist, lovely rooms, good buffet breakfast. There is a shuttle running from the airport but note you need to phone them when you have collected your suitcases to come pick you up.

Everything was as expected. Free breakfast, laundry room and even better with suites and some day fast food restaurants in walking distance.

It was about 20 minutes walk from the airport bus 500 stop near downtown and about 40 minutes from Daikin Park. The room was large and clean for one person and there was a sofa. There was also a bathtub. Breakfast was included. There was also a pool, hot tub and gym. There is a convenience store with a nearby gas station, and I used it often.

Although the hotel's appearance follows the style of American hotels of the same grade, it pays more attention to detail design, making it more beautiful.
The room facilities are complete, clean and sanitary, and the layout is reasonable.
The breakfast area is reasonably arranged, and the semi-open area takes into account a variety of preferences. The food variety is quite rich.

I enjoyed the facilities that were offered (gym, pool, parking lot), as well as the amazing housekeepers and fantastic front desk representatives. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was offered every morning; that was honestly a plus and it always started off my morning right. The only concern that I had was that I saw baby roaches in my room, twice. They were crawling on the nightstand by the beds. One of them got away and I killed another one (maybe it was the same one, I don't know, I'm not sure). But that was quite unsettling. Aside from that, the place was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

It's quite remote, but it's a good fit for us to stay for one night.

Sehr ruhiges angenehmes Hotel in einer schönen lange, in der Nähe des Sees, nach Housten City fährt man ca 1 std. Rein

In San Antonio for our son’s basketball tournament and choose Best Western based on the reviews. Completely SATISFIED!! Front desk staff friendly, very nice and helpful! Our room had plenty of space and it was very very clean! Our bathroom was big, very clean and the shower pressure great! Our son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a hit! And we loved their Christmas decorations! I would definitely stay again and recommend it!

Good and very comfortable. The stuff and breakfast is awesome.
No slippers and teeth brushes so don’t forget to bring by yourself.
Also free cafe taste great and serve for 24 hrs. Recommend to all of you !!!!!

It was better than expected, we was on the second floor so whoever was above us was stepping hard but it was every now and then. I did notice at night they had police so I felt safe, breakfast was great and I saw a lot of family (Kids) I did request for someone to come put a bulb over the sink that never took place but it was two other bulbs so I was fine with that. I love the fact that housekeeping don’t bother you at all.

The room is spacious, the environment is safe, and there is free parking. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the breakfast is good, and the service is warm. It is a good choice for economical travel.

The road from the highway to the hotel is a bit ambiguous. Especially at night

It was the cleanest other hotels in America. It's a little bit outside, but if you have a car, it's the hotel I want to recommend. I'll stay again next time.

A small, exquisite hotel. It was very quiet at night, and felt safe even when coming back at 10 PM. The only downside was that the room was a bit small. We stayed for one night, then went to Normandy for two days, and the hotel kindly stored our luggage for us. We ended up staying for a total of four nights, and all four or five front desk staff members we encountered were very nice. Breakfast was just okay, mostly cold food. Nearby, there's a baozi shop and places that sell tofu brain and congee, which are worth trying. For laundry, I recommend going to the laundromat – it's 5 euros to wash and 1 euro for 7 minutes of drying, which is quite convenient. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The room was rather small, which is understandable in Paris. The facilities were a bit outdated, and the bathroom sink wasn't very clean; I cleaned it myself upon check-in. The location is convenient for transportation and has many amenities nearby, close to a shopping street.

Paris hotels are so expensive. This one is located in the 16th arrondissement—not right in the city center, but the metro station is right outside the door, just a 2-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Paris is so small anyway, so as long as you're near a metro, it's easy to get around.

A taxi to the airport costs €35, and to the train station it's €12.

The rooms are small, as is typical. We booked a 4-person room, and by squeezing and Tetris-ing things around, we managed to open up 4 suitcases.

The Ctrip title mentioned a ”minibar,” which just means the room comes equipped with a minibar, not that the minibar is included in the room rate—very misleading...

The location is excellent, and the service is friendly and willing to help. When we arrived at 2:00 p.m. the room was not clean, but after notifying it, it was cleaned immediately.

- The size of the hotel is good in Paris.
- The hotel is downstairs from the subway station, it is very convenient to go to all the attractions in Paris, and the subway line is relatively new.
- The environment near the hotel is safer, and there are restaurants and restaurants nearby.
- There is a convenience store downstairs, very convenient, within 5 minutes of the large supermarket
- All the staff we met at the hotel were very friendly and helpful

- The hotel room is generally clean and tidy, and the sheets are obviously not clean enough

Great location. Two metro stations nearby. Staff there speaks reasonable English and quite friendly. Plenty of eateries nearby. Room size is reasonable for Paris standard and decor is relatively updated and new. There is a table game station at the reception area where the kids love playing there.
