The location is very convenient and definitely one of the best things about the hotel. However, I think the hotel is in need of renovation, as some areas feel quite dated.

Unfortunately, the self-service check-in machines were not working during my stay, so I had to wait in a queue at the reception desk instead. Overall, the location is great, but the hotel would benefit from some updates and better functioning check-in facilities.

Following advice from other reviews, I offered a $20 tip with my passport, but wasn't given a room with a view. The front desk attendant said I'd need to pay an extra $15 per night for a room on the 6th floor with a view of the Bordeaux pool and the Eiffel Tower.

The pool area started playing music early in the morning, which could be an issue for light sleepers. The shower stall was a decent size, but the water pressure was a bit low, and you have to pull out the faucet before turning it.

The hotel itself is a bit dated. Its location is convenient but also noisy, quite different from the Wynn area. We paid just over 500 RMB including tax for our stay, so the value for money was acceptable.

Bordeaux is the main building (older, closer), while Versailles is the annex (newer, further away, connected by a skybridge). The elevator down to the first floor actually leads to the Horseshoe Las Vegas hotel. You can check in/out there, and it's also closer to the parking lot.

After reading other reviews, I didn't dare touch the TV, fridge, or snack bar. The Wi-Fi only allowed two devices. Parking costs $20 per night, linked to your room key, with unlimited in-and-out access.

This hotel is long and narrow, spanning what feels like an entire street.

Check-in is strictly at 4 PM, so early check-in costs an extra $25 or requires VIP status.

Overall, I'm satisfied. I had requested a room with a view of the Sphere and the High Roller, and upon checking in, I had a direct view from the window, which met my booking request.

When the room price dropped, Trip.com promptly refunded the difference.

My deposit was released immediately upon check-out, and I received the notification simultaneously.

The hotel offers complimentary bottled water, and room service delivered 7 bottles at once – perhaps it's a lucky number.

There's a CVS nearby, which is very convenient.

I used easy kiosk for a self check in. And eventhough it was past 6pm, my room was not ready. I then approached the reception and they gave me an available room straight away

Clear shower, clean bed, extra towels and soap - I don't need much more. Although a pair of slippers would be a nice touch, as the carpet seen better days of vacuuming.

Unfortunately I didn't have time to use their pool nor gym (not even a quick peek), but the location is perfect and the hotels has people around 24/7

Nice hotel in the central part of strip. It’s 3 minutes walk from ceasars and 10-12 minutes walk from Belagio. The deuce stop is very close. Residents of hotel may use the pool in flamingo and harrahs. The LINQ itself has a pool but 21+. The promenade is great, huge choice of meals.

The location is superb. Those places to see are all walking distances and a lot of convenient stores. Only downside was they didnt provide free water bottled , tea or even kettle to boil water.
Being a resort they also didnt provide bathrobe abd sleepers as well. Anyway I had the room with the nice view of the strip. Overall my stay in this hotel was not bad.

The only thing I could complain about was the check-in for how long the line was but after getting to the front desk I was welcomed with a room upgrade and I loved every part of it. It was spacious, room was quiet and view/ location was perfect. Amenities found in the bathroom are more than what you’d find in a hotel. It has a very pleasant smell and bed was comfortable enough after a long day walking in the strip, which by the way its location is also very convenient, I had an event in the sphere and personally I didn’t find it that far away but you’d have to be in good shape and used to walk to get there on foot. Would stay here again if I ever go back to Vegas.

The front desk of the hotel is in an inconspicuous and small place in the Caesars Palace. There is a cigar bar next to it. The smog is filled and we don’t feel good with our children. With the 4-year-old Vain aircraft delay, check in at 11 o'clock in the evening, the hotel front desk said that we have to wait 15-20 minutes, because the hotel manager needs to go to our room to check whether the cleaning of the room has been completed. I was shocked when I heard it. Isn't this work done in the afternoon before the guests stay? It was close to the early morning! During the check-in period, other guests checked in and got the room card. I asked again, the indifference of the front desk indicated that the other party was staying in a superior suite. I was just a common room, and the attitude was very bad. I immediately called Ctrip, the front desk saw me call Ctrip, and then called the manager to urge. I asked the front desk to let the manager contact me. The front desk said that the manager could not go to the guest room. If you want to see the manager, he would be in the lobby. I said, please ask the manager to call me. After half an hour after entering the room, I did not receive a call from the manager. Instead, Ctrip made a phone call to follow up and said that the hotel had set up a ”free upgrade” for me. I said that I didn't see any upgrades. Later, Ctrip followed up. The hotel said that the room type was not upgraded but arranged a room with a better view. I am really huh, huh, because the curtains are the opposite room, the sense of sight is strong, it is impossible to open the curtains, do not mention any landscape. I took the initiative to call the front desk and ask for a manager. The customer service said that I would tell you something, and then exempted one night of taxes and fees. It is still a mediocrable attitude. I asked the manager to call to apologize. The other party said, ”You still have to find a manager to do what you want, I have already given you.” Throughout the process, I never mentioned asking for compensation. It was the other party’s initiative to waive the one-night tax, as if I contacted the manager to figure out their cheapness. I flew with the baby for 15 hours to the United States, showing him more than 40 US dollars in taxes and fees? ! The attitude is as bad as it seems to be ours. Later, the manager finally called, the background was very noisy, I don't know where he was calling. It’s a sigh of gas when I hear the manager’s phone call. The manager said, ”If you wait a little, we will give you a tax.” The implication is that I have gotten a little cheaper. The fault is not me, the compensation is also proposed by the hotel. Why can't I say sorry to the guests with kindness and sincerity? It is absolutely impossible to stay in this hotel again in the future.

The location couldn't be better. Minutes from the fountains and the heart of the strip. The room decor is aged but perfectly Vegas Chic! In-room amenities are poor. Even coffee will cost you $20!
Beware the see-through mirror in the shower; great for intimate couples, less good for family!

Review of Tropicana Atlantic City

Overall, the hotel itself was okay — the room was clean and the property is large and interesting. However, several issues seriously affected our weekend stay.

First, there was no bottled water in the room upon arrival. We came on a very hot day, and not having even basic drinking water in the room felt unacceptable and very inconvenient for a hotel of this level.

Second, the pool situation was very disappointing. We specifically booked this hotel for a weekend stay to enjoy the pools, but the schedule was extremely inconvenient. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, while the pool closes at 5:00 PM on Sunday. This basically leaves guests with only about one hour to use the pool on arrival day. On Monday, the pool was completely closed. This makes no sense for a weekend getaway, especially when guests come specifically to relax by the pool.

Additionally, the website stated that toothbrushes should be available in the room, but they were not provided. Fortunately, we had our own.

Another very disappointing point was the lack of acknowledgment of a special occasion. I noted during booking that it was my husband’s birthday, but there was no greeting or recognition at check-in or during our stay. In today’s hospitality standards, it is common for hotels to at least acknowledge birthdays or special occasions, and this absence was very disappointing.

Overall, while the hotel is clean and generally fine, these basic organizational issues — no water in the room, inconvenient pool hours, and no recognition of an important occasion — significantly ruined our experience.

We had an excellent view with a very clean room. We chose the Bayview and it was indeed an excellent choice. Many stores in the hotel to shop and food and drinks. Very family friendly as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, right by the beach, and super convenient for shopping at Tanger Mall. Perhaps because of the lower booking price, my room didn't have a window. Plus, there were constant knocks on the door at night, which really disturbed my sleep.

The sea view room has a view of the sea. The hotel is owned by a Japanese internet celebrity restaurant in New York. The ingredients are high-end and simple, and there are marble bathrooms. There are also disposable slippers in the room, which is available in high-end hotels. The coffee inside is made with very good coffee beans, and there are two Japanese chocolates, which are LAX brand. Check-in is in a specific room, and tea is also available.

I stayed here for a business trip and drove myself, and overall I was very satisfied. The hotel has a large parking lot, which is convenient and free, making it very friendly for those who drive. The room is spacious, suitable for both work and rest, and the cleanliness is impeccable, with no strange odors. The price is reasonable, with no hidden fees, offering excellent value for money. The front desk staff is efficient, and the surrounding road network is smooth, making it ideal for business travelers who drive.

Hotel is part of a casino. The building is aged but well maintained. Parking is free but availability can be a challenge, especially after 5PM. Room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly.

Everything about this hotel feels like it must have been luxurious and glamorous in the past.
The elevator, the room furniture, everything.
Everything is old compared to today.
Nostalgic (lol).

When I arrived at my room and washed my hands, the sink wouldn't drain and the water backed up, but they fixed it.

Apparently there's a pool, but we couldn't find it.
The buttons in the elevator said the pool was on the 5th floor,
but there was a gym on the 5th floor, but no pool.

The cleaning staff said the pool was on the 4th floor.
However, even when I pressed the 4th floor, the elevator never stopped on the 4th floor,
which was really strange.
We gave up looking for it.

Other than that, the front desk staff, cleaning staff, and repair staff were all very kind. Thank you. ✨

The bed was soft and comfortable. ✨
