Sound insulation was average. The TV next door was very loud.

Love this window view! Good front desk service, delicious breakfast! Good location, eat at the bar when you go out at night.

Nice location, reception could have been more helpful when arranging early check in after a 12h flight. There obviously was a room available of a higher category for a couple $ extra but this was only suggested after 2h of waiting in the lobby (had also contacted in advance weeks prior). Also no room amenities available that you'd expect like toothbrushes, razors, shower caps etc.

It was amazing! Nice architecture, nice rooms and a gorgeous service. Surely will come back

The breakfast at the hotel is very good, I like it very much, the variety is good, the taste is good. My room was found to have obvious stains on the bed at the night of check-in. Due to the late time, I can only deal with it sloppyly. Serve the little brother, and he said that he immediately handled all the room hygiene, which is very satisfactory.

There is a problem with the electronic lock in the room. The car can be parked in front of the hotel, but it is required to park in a very expensive underground garage. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

This new 4-star hotel opened in 2024 and is very close to Madrid Airport. The free airport shuttle is super convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is excellent. The only downside is there’s still a bit of a new building smell. Overall, a great choice for airport stays!

There are very few sockets. More sockets are required.
