The surroundings are very convenient, close to Shanghai Railway Station. The hotel is relatively quiet at night, and the bedding is quite comfortable. There were a lot of foreigners staying there. The room decor is a bit old, but it still feels quite eco-friendly. The hallway carpet is too old.

The location is super easy to find, and the hotel lobby is very welcoming. Getting to and from your room is convenient, and in the evenings, you can have food delivered by a robot. The room itself is a bit small, but everything else is great. It's not damp or humid at all, and the customer service staff are polite and professional. Highly recommend! I'll definitely be back.

I've stayed at the Grand Park Royal Dalian multiple times, and each visit has left a wonderful impression. Everything is perfect. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff are warm and professional, and the bedding is comfortable. However, I do have one piece of feedback this time. During my last few stays, regardless of the room, there's been a strong mop smell upon entering. It seems the cleaning mops and cloths weren't properly cleaned. A normal star-rated hotel room should have a pleasant hotel fragrance or its own unique scent, but these past few times, it's been a nauseating smell lingering in the room. I've had to open the windows and ventilate for a long time, and then turn on the air conditioning for a while before it gets better. This time, I even had to spray my own perfume to make it bearable. I suggest the hotel seriously train the relevant staff in this area. Additionally, there were hairs on the sheets, and last time, the bed looked like someone had laid on it, but it was too late for me to report it. Other than that, everything else is fine. I'll continue to stay here in the future and hope the hotel keeps improving. I believe this is just an isolated incident.

The hotel is quiet and within walking distance to the outlet mall. The staff are warm and very polite. It's very convenient for getting around, and the facilities are complete, including free self-service laundry. I will choose this hotel again next time.

I booked this place last minute for a business trip, hoping to check out some nearby attractions after work. I didn't expect such a pleasant surprise! We arrived quite late, but the staff proactively asked if we wanted late-night porridge and offered to deliver it to our room. The service was excellent, the space was ample, and the soundproofing was great. They were also very responsive to any issues we had. Plus, they offer laundry service with drying, and they even deliver it back to your room.

The hotel service was excellent and very attentive. The breakfast spread was extensive, making it highly recommended for family trips. Parking at the hotel is very convenient, perfect for self-driving tours. The room hygiene was quite good. Recommended.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They not only ensured a swift check-in but also thoughtfully recommended some hidden local gems and secret eateries favored by locals. Robot delivery of takeout orders to the room was a great touch, significantly adding to the convenience of my stay. Additionally, facilities like a 24-hour front desk and a complimentary laundry room are especially beneficial for frequent business travelers like myself. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

I came for the Co-creation Night and knew it would end late, so I booked a hotel near the stadium. There's some subway construction going on right below the hotel, so it was a bit noisy when I arrived in the afternoon and tried to rest. However, I headed to the stadium soon after, and since I was out early and back late, I didn't encounter any noise during those times. The stadium is about a 20-25 minute walk, and there's a shopping mall along the way. Plus, there's a supermarket open until 11:30 PM right downstairs, which was really convenient. Today is Monday; I left the hotel building at 6 AM and was already at the boarding gate at Shuangliu Airport by 7 AM. Getting to the airport was also easy. The stadium view in the picture is from Section 111, Row 25, for your reference.

The room was clean, well-equipped, and the service was attentive, with convenient transportation. We were traveling with kids and even requested an extra blanket from the cleaning staff. We accidentally left a water bottle behind when checking out, and the front desk staff helped us mail it back. The parking fee was also reimbursed quickly after we left. It was very convenient to have food delivered to our room by a robot. I didn't take photos of the room, so I've attached a picture of the Da Fu Lai breakfast nearby. The hotel was great, Tianjin was great, and we'll definitely be back! 😀🎊♥️

Awful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel!  

Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection,  we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway.  
When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds.  They also offered two types of tea bags.  After checking-in, 
we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. 
First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked.  In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat.  We had to call to the reception.  We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room.  We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did.  The answer was not helpful. 
They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one.  The air conditioning situation was the same.  (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again.  Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. 
Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up.  Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others.  We appreciated that service.  However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases??  As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service.  
No one asked when we booked the drop off service.  The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase.  We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases.  Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit.  It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space.  We did not want the other guest to wait.  We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China.  
Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers.  However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out.  But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast.  Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts.
All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment.  We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin.  

PLS NOTE:  Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

Great hotel, we liked our stay in Qingdao, so decided to try the same one in Tianjin. Location is more than perfect, in the one of the most beautiful areas of the city. Nearby there’s everything you need - restaurants, cafes, shops, a lot of sightseeings, malls, banks etc. Hotel provides everything you need - toothbrushes, combs, shaving kit etc.

The rooms are trendy and smartly designed, and the service is excellent. The lobby offers a self-service coffee machine and complimentary welcome fruits. The bedding is comfortable, and while the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the taste is quite good. For the price, it offers great value for money and is perfect for those traveling by car.
