The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was spotless, and the location is fantastic – really close to the attractions, making it super convenient to get around. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, you could really feel the hotel's dedication in every detail.

Great Location: The hotel is centrally located, making transportation very convenient. It's perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm, professional, and check-in was very efficient. Room service was quick to respond, and our requests were promptly addressed.

Comfortable Room: The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were modern, and the hot water supply was ample and consistent.

Thoughtful Touches: The complimentary welcome fruit and minibar drinks were a nice touch. The in-room smart control system (or high-quality toiletries) really left a lasting impression.

Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining both Western and Chinese dishes. Everything was delicious, especially the local specialty snacks, which were very authentic.

Overall, it was excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit and highly recommend it to friends!

Overall the service matches the price. There are no scissors at the reception. Breakfast is ~ delicious.

Five-star recommendation for Greentree Eastern Hotel (Shanghai Ningguo Road Metro Station HULIANBAODI)! My business trip stay here was absolutely perfect! Manager Li provided warm and thoughtful service.

The location is fantastic too – it's just a 10-minute walk to Ningguo Road Metro Station on Line 12, which takes you directly to the Bund and Lujiazui. It's also very close to Yangpu Riverside for a leisurely stroll. The hotel is located within the HULIANBAODI park, offering a quiet and artistic environment, and it's a great spot for photos. For those driving, there's free parking and charging piles, making both travel options very convenient.

The hotel, newly opened in 2026, boasts brand-new facilities and a simple yet upscale lobby. The rooms are spacious with smart home controls, allowing you to operate curtains and lights by voice. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light, and the double-glazed soundproof windows ensure a remarkably quiet stay – you can't hear any noise from the hallway or the street. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, offering an incredibly comfortable sleep. The bathroom has a dry-wet separation, stable hot water, and a complete set of clean toiletries.

The amenities exceeded expectations: a 24-hour free gym and a self-service laundry and dryer, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers and tourists. There are also robots for meal and item delivery, and the self-service breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options.

The front desk staff were gentle and patient, check-in was fast, and any issues were addressed promptly. The cleaning staff were meticulous, ensuring every corner was spotless.

This hotel is perfect for both business trips and tourism in Shanghai, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this one again on my next visit to Yangpu. Highly recommended!

I was deeply impressed by the accommodation experience at the Gefei Hotel. The service was thoughtful and the surrounding supporting facilities were very complete. The internet speed in the room is very fast, there is a washing machine and dryer, the room service is enthusiastic and greets you proactively, and the room is also cleaned very cleanly. In short, it is a good stay experience

The room was very spacious, with two separate rooms and two beds – one queen and one twin – which was perfect for our family trip. It's ideal for a family of three to four people. Plus, it came with a washing machine and dryer, and free parking was a huge bonus.

I'm a returning customer, this is my second stay, and the overall experience is still good. Generally speaking, hotels in Shanghai are more expensive than in other cities, but this one is quick to get to from Shanghai Station by subway, so the value for money is pretty decent. Most importantly, the room has a window, so it doesn't feel stuffy.

Convenient transportation, the front desk is very warm, it is worth experiencing 🏠 Hotel facilities: very good, very comfortable 🧹 Health status: very clean 💁 Service: very warm 🏝 Surrounding: convenient transportation, convenient eating

Highly recommend this treasure hotel! The excellent location is the biggest highlight, the transportation is convenient, it is very convenient to go to various destinations, saving a lot of trouble. The whole service makes people feel comfortable, from the reception to the room service are thoughtful and decent, the response is timely, the details are full, and the home is at home. The hotel has its own unique design style, the room is well lit, the hygiene is meticulous, the mattress is soft and decompressed, the sound insulation effect is online, and you can relax and rest during a busy day. The overall quality is online, whether it is a business trip or a leisure residence, it is very suitable, the stay experience far exceeds expectations, it is worth buying back!

The hotel has been open for quite a while; the facilities are rather old, and the environment is average. While it's old, it's kept quite clean and quiet. Parking is convenient, and the front desk staff are friendly and provide attentive service. Most importantly, the facilities are comprehensive, and the parking lot is huge.

Carelessly placed the bracelet in the hotel room, and found out that I had no hope after walking far. After contacting the hotel, the staff was particularly responsible and carefully helped me find the whole house, helped me find it and stored it properly, and was polite and patient throughout the process. Not perfunctory, not shirking, really thinking for the guests. The overall environment of the hotel is very comfortable, the towels are soft and the bedding is very new. The sanitation is clean and in place. The small chaos of the breakfast is delicious. The service is full of human touch. The stay is comfortable and at ease. I will come to this next time.

The duplex family room is very spacious, you can chat and drink tea, the room is clean and tidy, and the air conditioning and cooling effect is also very good. It is convenient to eat around, and the crayfish at the food stall at night is very good.

Awesome stay experience! Gefei Hotel closes eyes and rushes ✨

I chose this Gefei hotel for a business trip to Suzhou, which completely exceeded expectations and must come and boast!

🏨 Room experience is full
As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised! The overall decoration is simple and modern, clean and advanced, and there is no smell at all. The oversized wall-mounted giant screen projection is too amazing. You can watch blockbuster movies when you lie on the bed. The atmosphere is directly full, and the fatigue of business trips is instantly cured. The bedding is just right, it is particularly comfortable to sleep, and the curtains are also super shading, which does not affect the rest at all.

🧹 Full details, clean to impeccable
Whether it is the bedroom or the washing area separated from dry and wet, it is cleaned spotlessly, and the towels and spare parts are neatly arranged. The desk in the room is spacious and bright, the office and processing work are not cramped at all, and the socket location is also very reasonable. It is too intimate for people with computers on business trips!

📍 Location & Service is super worry-free
The location is very convenient, travel and eating are very convenient. The front desk service is warm and efficient, the check-in is super fast, the response to questions is also very timely, and the whole process is very comfortable.

This stay experience is really impeccable, whether it is a business trip or a trip is too suitable! It has been included in the preferred hotel for Suzhou travel. I will stay here next time. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The last time I experienced a good experience, this time I came with a friend. I first complained about the sticker on the window. There is no new idea. Consider changing it. 🙈 I like the lobby very much. It is spacious and clean! I was very tired when I got off work at night and had sweet desserts. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures after eating. 😁 The front desk lady was considerate and enthusiastic. I wanted to drink coffee and help me! Awesome 👍

Very close to the place to go the next day, I chose this hotel
Not bad, health can be, the corner is also very clean! The hotel is located in the community group, there is a shopping mall downstairs, it is very convenient to eat! Traffic is no problem, no traffic jam!
Breakfast is relatively simple, basic models are available!
