The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was spotless, and the location is fantastic – really close to the attractions, making it super convenient to get around. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Great Location: The hotel is centrally located, making transportation very convenient. It's perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm, professional, and check-in was very efficient. Room service was quick to respond, and our requests were promptly addressed.

Comfortable Room: The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were modern, and the hot water supply was ample and consistent.

Thoughtful Touches: The complimentary welcome fruit and minibar drinks were a nice touch. The in-room smart control system (or high-quality toiletries) really left a lasting impression.

Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining both Western and Chinese dishes. Everything was delicious, especially the local specialty snacks, which were very authentic.

Overall, it was excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit and highly recommend it to friends!

This stay far exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a big shout-out! The room was a clean and spacious twin, with a simple yet elegant design and soft, pleasing colors. The ambient lighting strip above the bed created a wonderful atmosphere, and the bedding was pristine white and incredibly comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing for a very peaceful rest. The two decorative paintings by the window added a touch of refined detail, and the entire space was clean and odor-free. The furniture was neatly arranged, showing that the cleaning was exceptionally thorough.

The floor-to-ceiling window in the guest room offered an amazing view. We could see red brick buildings outside, and the natural light was fantastic. During the day, with the curtains open, the entire room was bathed in light. The viewing angle was expansive, and the street below was tidy and quiet, not noisy at all. The natural light really added to the experience.

The independent bathroom had a super thoughtful wet-dry separation design. The marble tiles gave it a luxurious feel, and the shower fixtures were of high quality. A complete set of toiletries was provided, and the towels were clean and fluffy. The non-slip strips on the floor made it safe and neat. The shower experience was perfect.

Overall, the hotel's facilities are new, and its hygiene standards are high. The layout is well-planned, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel with companions. Both the service and the amenities are top-notch, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

I'm a returning customer, this is my second stay, and the overall experience is still good. Generally speaking, hotels in Shanghai are more expensive than in other cities, but this one is quick to get to from Shanghai Station by subway, so the value for money is pretty decent. Most importantly, the room has a window, so it doesn't feel stuffy.

It's a newly opened hotel. I wanted to give it a try, after all, new hotels have a strong smell in their decoration. But I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The lobby is grand, the room is basically odorless, and parking is very convenient. I asked the front desk about breakfast and they said the breakfast room is being upgraded and will be available soon. By then, all rooms will have breakfast provided. If this can be realized, it will be much more convenient. I hope the price won't increase too much by then!

Absolutely fantastic! Clean, comfortable, and quiet – I couldn't be more satisfied. It's also conveniently located for dining. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for my next visit. The weather was great, and it was so easy to get around Dishui Lake on a shared bike.

Stayed for 6 days, the facilities and environment are good, the front desk should be the duty manager and other front desk girls are more gentle, very good attitude. Laundry, drying, gym are available, the aunt in the restaurant on the second floor is also very good, too late to eat breakfast will ask you if you need to take a yogurt to go, very kind.

Ground parking is very convenient, free, you need to brush the parking code at the front desk. Ask the front desk staff to eat and play nearby, and they answer patiently. Not far from Taihu Lake, close and far look at Taihu Lake, it is very beautiful. The recommended location to see Taihu Lake from Xuelang Mountain is very good. You can see the entire Taihu Lake and the opposite Xishan Island. The lakeside wetland park is very large and it is very comfortable to set up a tent. In the evening, I went to Lugu Lake again, quiet and moving in the sunset, and the figure of kayaking added vitality to Lugu Lake.

Carelessly placed the bracelet in the hotel room, and found out that I had no hope after walking far. After contacting the hotel, the staff was particularly responsible and carefully helped me find the whole house, helped me find it and stored it properly, and was polite and patient throughout the process. Not perfunctory, not shirking, really thinking for the guests. The overall environment of the hotel is very comfortable, the towels are soft and the bedding is very new. The sanitation is clean and in place. The small chaos of the breakfast is delicious. The service is full of human touch. The stay is comfortable and at ease. I will come to this next time.

During the Qingming holiday, I went to Wuxi to hang out in ～ for the first time to Wuyueshui Street. I didn't expect the Geffi Hotel to be really good. The location is in the center of Water Street and it is convenient to get in and out. The room is quite big ～ A family of three lives well, breakfast has an unexpected surprise, although there are not many varieties, but there are some, clean and hygienic taste is not bad! Worth staying

As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised! The overall decoration is simple and modern, clean and advanced, and there is no smell at all. The oversized wall-mounted giant screen projection is too amazing. You can watch blockbuster movies when you lie on the bed. The atmosphere is directly full, and the fatigue of business trips is instantly cured. The bedding is just right, it is particularly comfortable to sleep, and the curtains are also super shading, which does not affect the rest at all.
 
🧹 Full details, clean to impeccable
Whether it is the bedroom or the washing area separated from dry and wet, it is cleaned spotlessly, and the towels and spare parts are neatly arranged. The desk in the room is spacious and bright, the office and processing work are not cramped at all, and the socket location is also very reasonable. It is too intimate for people with computers on business trips!

Consider changing it. 🙈 I like the lobby very much. It is spacious and clean! I was very tired when I got off work at night and had sweet desserts. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures after eating. 😁 The front desk lady was considerate and enthusiastic. I wanted to drink coffee and help me! Awesome 👍
