但是不知道為什麼，不丹每一個酒店都説我們沒有預訂上，還問我們是在*******還是agoda上預訂的，其實我們在攜程上訂的，但是好像他們交接的有問題，導致每一個入住都花費很長時間解釋。攜程應該反省一下。

TTongtongThe hotel is a good hotel in the local area ～ but it was difficult for the manager to lock the room type and the hotel to do not match the hotel ～ I waited for three hours at the front desk of the hotel, and changed the service staff to deal with ～ which greatly affected the experience mood. But the hotel spa is very comfortable ～ you can experience it.

From plush bedding to high-end toiletries, every detail was carefully curated to ensure a comfortable stay. However, what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team went above and beyond to cater to my needs, displaying a level of professionalism and courtesy that exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the hotel's breathtaking views added an extra layer of charm to my stay. Whether enjoying a meal at the on-site restaurant or relaxing in the room, i was treated to panoramic vistas that enhanced the overall experience. In conclusion, i highly recommend kiss villa to anyone seeking a getaway with impeccable service, fantastic amenities, and a stunning backdrop. GGuest Userthe location was perfect with the river flowing along and rooms were good , it’s overly priced for the amenities you get in return and there is a lot to improve on food and internet ( especially breakfast buffet) where the dishes are not filled in the buffet and a very limited breakfast menu and it’s hardly tasty. The staff are undoubtedly friendly but lot needs to be improved w.r.t food options and internet connectivity was very bad even in the lobby … Spa is one of the highlights of the property, the therapists are really professional
