GGuest UserMy child loved it and was reluctant to leave; I also loved it—it was soothing and comfortable; the activities were great, all designed to relax and de-stress; it was clean and hygienic, and the service was very attentive; it felt like the clouds were within reach—a truly wonderful place. My child especially loved the equestrian show, particularly the black horse 🥰

GGuest UserThe room is hygienic and the environment is good. The front desk service is very good, but the logistics service is not in place. The room facilities are not perfect. The sound of Xiaozhi butler is not heard at all. The front desk is still very small after modulation, especially the bathroom does not put rolls of paper. When I get up in the morning, I found that there is no! After the air conditioner is muted, it slams from time to time and can't sleep well. In short, it doesn't feel very good, and the price does not match!

AAnonymous UserHaving stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I can't help but comment that this is the only hotel in the scenic area. It looks good based on the price, but only those who have stayed there know.
1. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and took my luggage on his own initiative. My first impression was quite good.
As soon as I moved in, I discovered that the air conditioner was roaring loudly, the toilet button required skill - if you pressed it incorrectly the water would just keep flowing, and the sink drain was half-blocked, so after using it you had to wait for the water to flow out before you could use it again. There was a male waiter at the front desk with a bad attitude. I booked a family room for four people, and there were only two 335ml bottles of water in it. I asked for four more bottles, but he said it would be charged. This is the first time I heard that hotels charge for mineral water! The one point deducted from the service was by the male receptionist! The cleaning staff has a better attitude than the male waiter at the front desk! However, the fireworks show during the May Day holiday is still a plus!
