This hot spring guesthouse is newly opened, with all the new facilities. It consists of two buildings, the main building and the annex. Each room has a hot spring pool that fills and drains quickly, and the toilets have heated flushing features. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and there's even a large ”sky pool” on the ninth floor. The hotel is located in a rural area, surrounded by fields and fresh air. Free parking is convenient, and the breakfast was as expected and quite good. The front desk and staff were very polite.

This trip to Nyaungshwe was absolutely perfect! The town's nights are vibrant and lively, with the aroma of local delicacies wafting through the streets, each bite brimming with authentic flavor. Transportation is also incredibly convenient, with well-connected roads making it easy to explore every corner. Our stay at the Vienna Hotel was a huge plus! The location was excellent, and the free parking service eliminated any worries for those traveling by car. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, the rooms were clean and refreshing, and the attention to detail was exceptional, making for a very comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the receptionist, Ms. 002, whose warm and attentive service not only proactively upgraded our room for free but also meticulously recommended local hidden gems and culinary gems, allowing us to truly experience the unique charm of Nyaungshwe. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Nyaungshwe!

Very close to the Ocean Ecological Park scenic spot, right at the door. Sanitation and clean, there is a working tea set in the room, there is a fried tea in the mountains, there is a tea house and a snack bar around, it is good

The hotel facilities are old, but the rooms are clean. The waiter had a very good attitude. There aren't many guests during the non-weekend period. If you like quiet, it's a very good choice. The surrounding environment is very beautiful. Mornings and evenings are suitable for taking a walk, breathing fresh air, a natural oxygen bar, and feeling good. There are no shops in the hotel now, nor in the surrounding area. It is recommended that you bring some snacks, instant noodles, etc. If you want to eat at the hotel, you need to tell them in advance, there is a sumptuous dinner.

We are a group of 16 families booked into this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A welcome drink, Chinese tea, and Lo Hon Goa were provided to all guests at the lobby daily; we enjoyed the drink after a long day of traveling in Jiexi. Free laundry and dryer facilities were provided. I have traveled to many countries, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel offering free self-service laundry. What I mean was, no coins required to use the washing machine. They were free to use. Good buffet breakfasts were provided. The three-person room had ample space. There was a blocked toilet issue, and they fixed it straight away. Highly recommended to everyone.

房間雖不大，但每間房都有泡池。 另外還有幾個泳池可以給大人小孩玩，水質確實很好。 不足之處在於兩點: 1，電梯時不時要關門了又自動打開，然後快要關閉時又自動打開。 2，在連續居住四晚期間，出現兩次突然跳閘整個房間斷掉，一次出現在凌晨1點左右，另一次出現在清晨5點左右。 酒店人員説燒水壺引起的斷路，請儘快更換燒水壺避免類似事件再次發生。 早餐餐廳不大，品種也就五六個，但勝在菜品還是衞生。

The surrounding environment and facilities were very good. However, the smell of mold was so strong in the room that it was difficult to get rid of the smell even after I ventilated the room and turned on the air conditioner. The air conditioner filter was also very dirty, so I took it out and washed it myself. Everything was good except the smell.

The hotel booked on the way to Guangzhou has rested. It turned out that the hotel is in a good location. The parking lot is just below the hotel and it is very large. It is very convenient for transit. It is very friendly to friends who travel by car and cost-effective.
