AAiluomouMy partner and I both dislike crowded places, so we stumbled upon this B&B, less than an hour's drive from Chengdu, and decided to relax over the weekend.
The B&B is located near Nanhua Palace, but it's not noisy; instead, it offers a secluded, peaceful, and tranquil atmosphere.
The environment is wonderful. Soaking in the private courtyard hot spring, enjoying a few drinks and chatting, these moments are truly wonderful memories. The service was impeccable, and the experience was truly wonderful.
I never write reviews, but seeing him happy makes me happy, so I'm writing this review to express my gratitude for the memories this place has brought us.

GGuest UserThe hotel's scenery is exceptionally beautiful, with a Chinese-inspired design and blessings extended to every guest. The courtyard is adorned with crape myrtle, pomegranates, and magnolia flowers, creating a sense of abundant beauty and prosperity. Flower-lined paths lead to picturesque spots, making every step a delight, and allowing one to forget all worries and simply immerse in the moment. The public hot springs are spacious, available both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are private villas, some with their own hot spring baths, and the温泉 water is natural radon spring water. The front desk managers, Helen and Li Yilin, were very attentive. I would definitely choose Fairmont Chengdu Hot Springs again if I have the chance; it must be even more beautiful in the autumn. This was a wonderful trip.

Our room was beautifully appointed and featured large windows overlooking the trees, allowing us to wake up each morning to the soothing sights and sounds of the forest. The tranquility was unparalleled, providing a restful and rejuvenating experience.
The resort’s enormous swimming pool was another highlight—perfectly maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to swim, lounge, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. It never felt crowded, and the serene ambiance added to the luxury of the place.
Above all, the staff made our stay truly memorable. Every member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The manager stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, always available to answer questions or offer local tips, making us feel valued and at home.
In summary, this resort is a hidden gem for anyone craving silence, nature, and first-class service. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The location of the hotel is particularly excellent, just in the city center, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, attractions, and travel is very convenient. Whether it is by bus, subway, or taxi, you can easily reach the place you want to go.
Entering the hotel, the lobby is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and elegant, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in procedure was quick and efficient, and they also intimately recommended me fun places and delicious restaurants around.
The room made my eyes shine! The space is large, the layout is reasonable, and the cleaning is spotless. The bed is super soft and comfortable, with skin-friendly bedding, I can sleep until dawn every night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the facilities are complete, the quality of toiletries is also very good, and it is very comfortable to use. The smart devices in the room are also very good, lighting, air conditioning, curtains can be controlled by mobile phones, and the sense of technology is full.
The hotel's breakfast is also worth mentioning, with a wide variety of Chinese, Western, and local specialties, and the taste is also very good, which can fully meet the taste needs of different people.
The gym equipment is very new and the variety is relatively complete. It is simply too friendly for fitness lovers like me. In my spare time, I went for a swim. The water quality of the pool was clear and the environment was clean and tidy. After swimming, I felt a lot of relaxation.

Jjessie1990The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and there is a shopping mall downstairs. It is very convenient to buy everything. The staff in the hotel are very enthusiastic and the overall service is very good. The nearby firewood chicken recommended by the front desk lady is fresh and delicious than the ones I have eaten before. 😋 The price is very high and worth recommending! 👍

JJinshu524On weekdays, there aren't many people, so we upgraded to a suite with five beds in total, which was so luxurious. Evergrande's consistent nouveau riche style is golden everywhere. The hardware is okay and worthy of the price, and the breakfast is okay and worthy of the price. The swimming pool is in the sports center next door. Because it is shared with the community, there are many people and it is noisy. The locker room is dirty and smells of salt. It is not recommended to go there.
