GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

Our room was beautifully appointed and featured large windows overlooking the trees, allowing us to wake up each morning to the soothing sights and sounds of the forest. The tranquility was unparalleled, providing a restful and rejuvenating experience.
The resort’s enormous swimming pool was another highlight—perfectly maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to swim, lounge, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. It never felt crowded, and the serene ambiance added to the luxury of the place.
Above all, the staff made our stay truly memorable. Every member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The manager stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, always available to answer questions or offer local tips, making us feel valued and at home.
In summary, this resort is a hidden gem for anyone craving silence, nature, and first-class service. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

JJinshu524On weekdays, there aren't many people, so we upgraded to a suite with five beds in total, which was so luxurious. Evergrande's consistent nouveau riche style is golden everywhere. The hardware is okay and worthy of the price, and the breakfast is okay and worthy of the price. The swimming pool is in the sports center next door. Because it is shared with the community, there are many people and it is noisy. The locker room is dirty and smells of salt. It is not recommended to go there.

Entering the hotel, the lobby is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and elegant, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in procedure was quick and efficient, and they also intimately recommended me fun places and delicious restaurants around.
The room made my eyes shine! The space is large, the layout is reasonable, and the cleaning is spotless. The bed is super soft and comfortable, with skin-friendly bedding, I can sleep until dawn every night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the facilities are complete, the quality of toiletries is also very good, and it is very comfortable to use. The smart devices in the room are also very good, lighting, air conditioning, curtains can be controlled by mobile phones, and the sense of technology is full.
The hotel's breakfast is also worth mentioning, with a wide variety of Chinese, Western, and local specialties, and the taste is also very good, which can fully meet the taste needs of different people.

GGuest UserI have eaten at Xiangyang Hotel many times, but I have never lived here. My friend got married and felt a plate here that night. The bed was very comfortable, and the room gave me a feeling that was not worse than a star hotel. Overall, it is still wide. I don't think there's anything wrong with anything else.

CchenlialexI stayed at the Ramada Hotel on a business trip. The overall feeling was pretty good. The front desk staff, Xiao Wang, was very nice and helped delay the check-out time. It was very good. The breakfast was rich in variety and the beef noodles were delicious. I recommend everyone to try it on the fifth floor. The laundry room and gym are very friendly to us workers who travel frequently. You can dry them immediately after washing. There is a free parking lot and the bus station is next door. It is very convenient to drive or take a taxi. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip. The hotel is highly recommended.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel many times. This time I stayed in Room 316. The chess and card room upstairs was still playing mahjong in the middle of the night. The sound was clearly passed into the room, which made us unable to sleep. Of course, this can't blame the guests who played mahjong upstairs, but when we gave feedback to the front desk, the front desk said two opinions: 1. Blame us for the feedback too late, saying that if we feedback them earlier, the hotel can handle it. 2. You can change rooms for us, and you can emphasize changing rooms on the 2nd floor. This room is better than ours. I need to explain that the first problem is that guests playing mahjong at 12 o'clock in the night can't decide. The second problem is that we don't need a better room, we want a room that is not so noisy, we have no interest in taking advantage of the hotel. As a result, we finally chose to check out early and drive back to Chengdu directly. This matter was not a big deal, nor was it the responsibility of the hotel. The guests playing mahjong upstairs were not responsible, but the attitude of the front desk staff was uncomfortable. I hope that the hotel will strengthen the training of the front desk. The reception staff in the service industry should have empathy. Instead of accusing the guests of making the request too late and stressing that the price of the room changed is more expensive than we set. At that time, your front desk clerk said that you set the 270 room. I changed you to the second floor. It is far from the chess and card room upstairs. The price is more expensive than yours..... In fact, we have a room of 400. I don't know if the 270 in your mouth is your front desk greasy or something else. In short, I hope the hotel will strengthen the training of reception staff and pay attention to polite language. I wish your hotel business is booming.

Beyond my imagination~ First of all, the staff was very enthusiastic and gentle in helping us check in. The elevator is safe by swiping the card, and there is no disturbance from outsiders! The lighting in the room is very warm. I like it very much. The room is also very spacious and comfortable. It has a light fragrance. I was lucky enough to choose this hotel.
