We went down to eat at 9 o'clock, and many things were gone. After we finished eating, we didn't see the service staff replenish the dishes that were no longer available. From time to time, there would be aunties who cooked in the restaurant walking around, which directly lowered the whole impression! Everything else is great!

I found this gem of a hotel in Lufeng. It's newly opened and I love the style. Facilities: Fully equipped, with a laundry room. Cleanliness: Very clean. This is the best hotel I've stayed in. Environment: Close to snack shops and breakfast shops, near the pedestrian street, and near a supermarket. Service: The moment I walked in and saw the smiling front desk lady, I felt really good. I didn’t do any guides, so I went on Ctrip when I arrived in Heijing Town. I saw that this hotel had a rating of 4.9 and it was an old house renovated. I thought that when I arrived in the ancient town, I should live in an old house and experience it. After I made the reservation, the hotel called and said that there might be no room available and asked me to wait. Unexpectedly, I immediately received a call from Ctrip customer service to ask if it had been resolved. Thank you Ctrip for your timely attention and follow-up. Later we were able to check in according to the room type we booked. This is a light luxury B&B converted from the Qiao Family Courtyard. A blend of modern and traditional, very quiet. The service provided by the girls at the inn is very good👍very heart-warming. Sisters who like to take pictures can bring some good-looking clothes, which will be very photogenic.

Affordable, the front desk lady is very good, patiently introduce the surrounding food and drink, the room is clean and the room type is upgraded for free.

There was water on the floor due to a leak in the wash basin, but everything else was fine. If you go to the dining hall before 9 o'clock for breakfast, there are not many items left, including milk and soy milk. I picked up a few buns and asked the waiter where to sit. The waiter pointed to two tables piled with leftovers. I said, can I sit here? Then she knew to clear the dishes.

The overall stay experience was great. The location is easy to find and the door is easy to get in and out. Check-in and check-out at the front desk are very efficient and the service is polite. The interior of the room was cleaned thoroughly, there was no smell, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was dry and smellless. The hot water is stable, the infrastructure is intact and available, the sound insulation is also online, the rest is very stable at night, the price is good, it is worth buying back.
