Staying at Feifanxi'an on a business trip, the whole is very worry-free. Check-in and check-out are efficient, the front desk is professional and polite; the room is quiet and soundproof, the desk is spacious and suitable for office, the WiFi speed is stable; the sanitation is in place, and the toiletries are complete. The hotel is conveniently located, parking is free, laundry dryer is fully equipped, business accommodation is preferred, and the price is very high.

The hotel is half an hour's drive from Dinosaur Valley. The front door is inconspicuous, but the experience after checking in is worth it! There is also a laundry room on the second floor, which provides laundry detergent. The whole house is intelligently designed, and even babies can control the temperature, lights, and curtains of the room directly by speaking with their little mouths. It is absolutely friendly to lazy people who don't know which light is controlled by so many switches! Breakfast ends at 12 o'clock, but there are few varieties and the taste is average. We went down to eat at 9 o'clock, and many things were gone. After we finished eating, we didn't see the service staff replenish the dishes that were no longer available. From time to time, there would be aunties who cooked in the restaurant walking around, which directly lowered the whole impression! Everything else is great!

Hotel location is very good, hotel transportation is very convenient, room facilities are very good, the room is very clean and tidy, the mattress is very soft, the hot water in the comfortable room is fast, everything is relatively complete, the service is thoughtful and warm, parking is available, it is a hotel that will be selected every time you come on business trips.

It's close to Lufeng South Station and about 700 to 800 meters south of Jinshan Ancient Town. It's also close to Xingxiu Park, perfect for leisure and entertainment. A market is located just west of the hotel, where you can buy breakfast and fruit, making it quite convenient. 3. Hotel service. The service was excellent.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the room hygiene is perfect, making people extremely comfortable. It creates a homely feeling for me. The waiters in this hotel are all courteous and warm and thoughtful.

We booked a basic room (non smoking) but from all the hundreds of free rooms they had, we definitely got the most run-down smokers room they could find. After asking, we got an ”upgrade” to another floor and got a nice and clean and fresh renovated room. The staff took forever to process our registration, never had that before... The staff was friendly and professional in every situation. The security guy was very lovely and kind. Not so the lady at the breakfast buffet, but maybe she had a bad day... They stored our bicycles in a room in the lobby. Thanks for that. The hotel is a little away from the centre but there are some restaurants and shops around.

The hotel was very cold and dark. The carpet was completely filthy and stained, and the sheets of one bed did not appear to have been changed. There were some things broken in the room, such as the window lock. The worst thing was that the room stank of ste smoke. After staying one night, all our clothes and belongings also stank like this. Staff were nice enough. Breakfast was limited, but very few people were staying so this is understandable.

The price is cheap, but the facilities are too old and there is no hair dryer.
