This hotel offers incredible value for money. It's very smart, with most in-room facilities controlled by an AI assistant. Food deliveries are handled by a Ninebot robot, and there's complimentary afternoon tea daily on the M1 floor. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. My room was spotless and cleaned promptly. Upon arrival, I received a welcome fruit platter, and a local specialty gift was given when I checked out. There's free parking right outside and across the street, which is convenient if you're driving.

The amenities at Jiangsu Jiuhong (likely a hotel name, keeping original pinyin for specific brand if applicable, otherwise 'Jiangsu Jiuhong Hotel') were a pleasant surprise! It has its own small amusement park, so there's no need to worry when traveling with kids. The play facilities are clean and safe, allowing children to play freely and giving parents a break. The rooms are quiet and tidy, and it's very close to the city center for sightseeing. The front desk service was thoughtful, catering to both adult travel and children's entertainment. It's truly a top choice for family trips, offering an overall warm and comfortable experience with excellent value for money.

Manzhouli Youyi Hotel is a long-standing four-star hotel with an excellent location, right next to Manzhouli Railway Station. You can see it from the station, and it's a short walk after exiting to the right and crossing the railway bridge. Located on Yidao Street, it's very convenient to Zhongsu Golden Street and Beihu Park, yet without any noise disturbance. The hotel's interior environment is great, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The front desk staff and the few staff in the lobby were all enthusiastic and responsible, working together seamlessly. We arrived early, and they proactively helped us check in and even upgraded our room, providing the most attentive service. When we checked out, they gave us a lovely souvenir. The stay was very pleasant, making it an ideal choice for accommodation in Manzhouli!

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are relatively large, and the environment is good. It is right next to Matryoshka Square. In the south-facing rooms, you can watch the light show in the room every night. In the north-facing rooms, you can see Russia in the distance. Downstairs is the China-Russia trade port. It is very close to Matryoshka Square and Guomen Scenic Area. The hotel owner was very enthusiastic, helped us with suggestions on our itinerary, and even made homemade maps for free. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five-star praise! Stay in a surprise free upgrade room type! After the grassland all the way, my child and I were allergic to powder powder, and the staff were consulted. They received a very friendly and careful response, patiently explained how to take allergy drugs, and gave practical response suggestions. Not only that, gifts such as Russian snacks are presented, and the details are full. The overall service is warm, the room is comfortable and clean, and the rare warm heart experience during the journey is worth recommending.

Molly and Maria were just outstanding with their service at Shang Palace restaurant. The food was exquisite and tasty. The Peking duck was out of this world. Lucky at front desk was amazing too and did a smooth check in. The lounge was terrible where we had afternoon tea! Poor quality set and tasted quite stale and old. Luckily this was complimentary with the room otherwise I would have been extra disappointed. Even the welcome snacks in the room were stale. Quite surprised by the low standards of Shangri-La. Came to use the sauna and steam and would u believe they ran out of big towels and only had small ones. Also no cold water to drink. Someone should up the standards of this hotel in this regard. Room was nice and well spaced for our family of 4. Breakfast was decent too.

After traveling along the most beautiful border highway, we arrived in Manzhouli. We booked a duplex family room, which was reasonably priced, with comfortable bedding, a clean and quiet room, and convenient access to Wanda Plaza and supermarkets nearby. We bought two kinds of local yogurt at the supermarket, which were delicious.

Booked the Castle Hotel. The exterior is distinctive and beautiful, and the interior is also lovely, featuring nesting doll elements everywhere – even on the mineral water bottles! So cute. Perhaps because the castle hotel has been in use for a long time, the room facilities are quite old, with a faulty tap and a speckled mirror. I heard that Block A of the nesting doll hotel is the newest, so I might try that next time. The nesting doll scenic area is really fun, and I didn't get enough time to explore it all this visit.

This is a comfortable and convenient stay. The rooms are modern and clean and well-equipped. The sheets were clean and rest was comfortable. It is located at the pedestrian walk area—putting shopping, dining at your doorstep. Russian items were readily available nearby in the shopping area. The breakfast buffet had a good variety but mainly Chinese. Coffee was not available either.

I think the hotel is particularly good, the room is oversized, it is very comfortable to live in, there is a sofa table, the favorite room has a fitting mirror and a dressing mirror, girls do not need the bathroom to grab the mirror, the room has no smell, clean and tidy, hot water is warm and the bath is particularly comfortable, dry and wet separation, the bathroom is also very large, The room facilities are complete, there is no mineral water, the location is very good, just next to the bus station, very convenient, very close to Zhongsu Jin Street, not far from the nearby Lubri for dinner, very close to the Matryoshka National Gate. The price is also super affordable, it is the most comfortable one to live this time, I don't know why so many bad reviews, I thought it was really bad.
