"8月2號入住當天上午9點打電話給前台，請他們給留一個靠小區的房間，因為我怕臨街的房間吵。晚上6:40分到達同江火車站，打車到酒店已經7點過了，前台説已經給我預留好了房間，並在電腦上弄了幾分鐘才給我辦好入住，房間是513號，我到了513號一看房門是打開的，裏面完全是亂七八糟的臟房，一看就是退了房後根本沒有打掃的房間，這就是他們給我預留的房間！我打電話給前台，前台説叫我下去給我換房間，我説你在電腦裏面查了這麼久都不知道房間是什麼狀況，我下去又不知道要怎麼折騰，所以要求前台上來給我換房，結果換的房間不是燈打不開，就是沒熱水。折騰了半天，最後換了一個4樓的房間，搞得心情很不好。關鍵在網上訂房時，看到標明是2026年新開業的酒店，到了才看到根本就不是什麼新開業的，設施陳舊，且管理存在嚴重問題。晚上8點鐘了，5樓，4樓好幾個房間門打開着，房間亂七八糟的完全是臟房，客人退了房門開着，服務員沒有做衞生，一看就給人感覺很不好。本來預訂的入住三天，果斷另外訂了酒店，第二天一早退房，換到另外的酒店！關鍵整個過程前台服務員一邊承認是他們工作失誤，一邊又是冷冰冰的態度，一臉不耐煩！"
