GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the room was clean. We missed out on the costume photography experience though, as the photographers, who collaborate with the hotel, had already finished for the day by the time we arrived.

GGuest UserExcellent stay! As expected, the James Joyce Coffetel truly lives up to its reputation. The unique coffee culture theme is really impressive. The decor is artistic, blending retro and modern styles beautifully. While the room wasn't huge, it was well-designed and spotlessly clean. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel staff provided fantastic service, always willing to help. Plus, their locations are usually very convenient, making travel a breeze. Whether for a business trip or a personal vacation, this is a wonderful choice for unwinding and relaxing. I'll definitely be back!

WWoyaochuquzouzouzouI was a little confused before coming here because I always like newer and larger hotels. Later, I thought about going to the Folk Custom Park to take photos the next day after arriving, so I decided to stay here on the first night, so I booked one night. Unexpectedly, it was completely beyond my expectations. Although the facilities are old, I have to say that, but they are very well maintained. The room size is OK, but everything is very complete. Since Yanji is not big, it is very convenient to go everywhere, so I booked this hotel for the next two days. The front desk was very enthusiastic, especially on the third night, the parent-child room we originally booked was gone. The hotel not only showed me other rooms, but also let me book the cheapest room. They arranged the floor I wanted for me, and gave me free breakfast. When I left, I gave a small lucky bag. Very considerate. Yanji is suitable for eating, drinking and taking photos, so the room is completely OK. The cost performance is very high. I praise it.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the floating market and West Market, and the views are great too. The room facilities seem to have been updated, though the shower switch is a bit stiff and requires some force to operate. Other than that, everything else is good. There are also some nice service details, like a takeaway meal box recycling bin, which helps keep the room free of odors. The hotel service is generally very good, and the VIP service is excellent, providing thorough care. The hotel's food and travel guides are very practical.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent! It's about a 10-minute walk to the famous internet-famous wall, and a 15-minute taxi ride to Yanji West High-Speed Rail Station. The pillows are incredibly comfortable, and there's a laundry room. The TV in the room even shows how many washing machines and dryers are available, which is really smart. If you don't feel like going out to eat, ordering takeout is super convenient as there are many delicious options nearby.

The rooms are also spacious enough, making it quite good for an economy chain hotel, though the price is a bit higher. Service: I only experienced service when interacting with the front desk, and it was just average, to be honest. The reception staff felt a bit cold.

TTaoxiao7Upon check-in, the hotel front desk upgraded my room. After checking out at around 8:00 AM the next day, I received a call from the hotel around 4:00 PM, saying there was a large, noticeable oil stain on the stool in my room, suspecting it was caused by my stay. I explained that I'd noticed the oil stain on my pants while tidying up, and I assumed it was from the stool. Naively, I thought the hotel would apologize. It wasn't until the staff member explained that I'd probably sat on the stool outside and then returned to sit on it, causing the stain. Then I realized they were implying compensation. I asked the staff if they'd found any oily debris in the room. If not, why were they so brazenly questioning me? Although we mediated the issue through the platform and received an apology on the hotel's behalf, their actions were deeply offensive and completely ruined my afternoon outing. They were questioning the guest without any basis. First, I hadn't eaten anything in the room, not even fruit. Secondly, checking out at 8:00 AM and contacting the guest 8 or 9 hours later to report the stain was extremely unprofessional.
