The hotel is clean and tidy overall, and the housekeeping is very thorough, cleaning every corner meticulously. The staff are warm and welcoming, and always patiently answer any questions.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The accommodation was very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The location is excellent and close to all essential services, shops, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. I would also like to sincerely thank the host for being very kind, responsive, and cooperative throughout my stay. Their support made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Egypt boasts the most beautiful seas and the most brilliant ancient culture, but the accommodation and living conditions are truly hard to describe. On this trip, I've stayed in five-star hotels and various guesthouses, and this Chinese-run guesthouse-style hotel was comparatively clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a villa area in New Cairo, a convenient 20-minute drive from Cairo Airport. We didn't depart until the afternoon for our last dive in Dahab, and then Google Maps rerouted us twice onto temporarily closed roads. We finally checked in past midnight, and the owner, with their one-year-old baby, was waiting for us. My heart was full of gratitude. The hotel offers a delicious Chinese breakfast.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the lobby has a fantastic ambiance. The room was spacious and the facilities were complete and in excellent condition. The owner is Chinese, young and accomplished, and incredibly kind and thoughtful. Any requests were quickly met, which made me, as someone far from home, feel incredibly welcome. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, and the comfort of the accommodation was top-notch. Highly recommended!

The room was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, and there was a pleasant fragrance as soon as I entered, which was very comforting. We booked a two-bedroom room, and it even had two toilets and a super spacious courtyard! The kitchen and living room were also beautiful. The staff were incredibly nice, especially Bassel. On the day we checked out, we left our belongings at the hotel, and when we returned to retrieve them that evening, he provided all the necessary services, including bathroom amenities and drinking water. We really loved this hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's away from the noise and crowds of the old town. Using a taxi app was no problem at all; it only cost a little over 200 Egyptian pounds to get to the city center. I highly recommend staying here.

We would definitely come back again! We have enjoyed staying at Salam 275 hotel during our visit to Cairo. The room we booked was exactly as it’s described online, the stuff are very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to help their gusts with everything they need And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day. They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality

We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable layout, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, and the hot water supply was stable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they were efficient. Overall, it offers good value for money, and the environment is quiet and peaceful.

This is a friendly and clean hotel. I requested early check-in, and they responded promptly. I had a very comfortable stay and returned. However, the hotel entrance is quite far away, and taxis often have trouble finding the entrance, so I often end up canceling and returning.

The hygiene is very good, and the room is quite spacious. The suite is suitable for business meetings.
