GGuest User2 small problems of my stay ;
Then I was going to have a cleaning pad after I was going to the toilet . It is not to household women who have to clean the toilets after some big deguulasses ( because there is no BROSSE !!! )
You will have to do like the bathroom serviettes , after the customer 's stay , put the toilet pad into washing and put another clean for the future customer .
And the second small problem : last night at 23 : 00 am , I was on the card in the box and there more light that lights .
The very nice host , I give in 5 minutes another room .

AAnonymous UserRoom was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys

NNutbrowndogWe booked this hotel at the last minute on Trip.com. We were driving from Geneva to the tunnel at Calais.
We arrived around 7 pm. There was a very helpful lady on the reception who gave us all the information we needed for a very pleasant stay.
The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also very clean with clean towels and everything was spotless.
I can definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling through Troyes.

The studio was located on the edge of a river restraint which resulted in mosquitoes and mosquitoes provide repelent pills The sound of the pleasant cascade day can become unsupportable even the night closed windows.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
The beds are close to 2 people

GGuest UserLa chambre était magnifique ! en fait plutôt un appartement qu'une chambre... dommage d'être seule pour en profiter, mais c'est le jeu quand on voyage pour le travail. Propre, et bien décoré, le seul bémol (de taile pourtant) est la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude. Un bug de chaudière certainement.
