A very satisfying stay! The staff were friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, tidy, and all the facilities worked well. The location is strategic, close to the tea plantation tourist spot with views of Mount Arjuno. The food at Arjuno Restaurant was delicious with plenty of variety. They also offer an edutourism tour package to explore the BBIB area. BBIB Suites is highly recommended for a family vacation! 👍

Very nice hotel. Breakfast during Ramadan had to be ordered but was a fixed service (ie no choices). The location is excellent. The lighting in the cottage was terrible. The overhead light was dim. There was a table but when sitting at it you cast a dim shadow over the table making it useless for working. They did provide a floor lamp that was big and cumbersome, instead of a table lamp. This was the major downside. The view was beautiful.

The hotel is quite good. I really liked their shampoo. However, the AC in one of our rooms wasn't getting cold. They tried to fix it, but it still didn't work. Eventually, around 12:30 AM, we were asked to switch rooms. The AC in the new room was cold, but the hot water wasn't working. My suggestion is to routinely check the room conditions before offering them to guests.

Walking distance to the sea. Its a breathtaking sea. Its so beautiful, room is clean, tv not working when we was there, but very convenient to stay there..

After there is a family event staycation here the next day to the safari park. Service and place are really the best!! Malem2 laper gausa go down just order. The best chicken is really worth it than going down. Get welcome drink and snacks home get snacks and bouquet
