The swimming pool is either broken or dirty, but it can't be used, the fitness/gym equipment is abandoned, and why is the type of junior suite room on the 6th floor different from the 5th floor where I usually stay, there are not enough chairs, etc.

Services : - professional front office staff Disappointing Facilities: -The old school AC is cold, - The bathroom can't be closed, -Old school TV -The wall clock is off -Narrow rooms -Heater uses gas, unstable -There is no cupboard to put/hang clothes
