GGuest UserDear imagica hotel team, i wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality i received during my recent stay at your hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, i was disappointed with the breakfast experience. While i understand that options may be limited, i was surprised to find a restricted menu. Moreover, when i requested some additional items, the staff seemed unwilling to accommodate my requests, which was disappointing. Despite this, i appreciate the efforts of the front desk and housekeeping staff, who were friendly and efficient. Please pass ***** my thanks to them. I hope you will consider expanding your breakfast options and training your staff to be more accommodating to guest's requests. I would still recommend your hotel to others, but with the caveat to be prepared for a limited breakfast selection. Best regards, amit raman

GGuest UserThe hotel was right next to the railway station. It was clean but some repair works were going on during our stay. The food menu was not that good. Also, there was no lift in the hotel. Good for one-night stay.

GGuest UserIt is near to station and staff is polite. But there are some facts which i need to put. The super deluxe room has no window. The back up power slow is not good and we were without supply for more than there for four hours. You had to ask for toiletries and towel. The food has limited menu but taste is good. The hotel staff is polite. Hope they put efforts for our concerns.

GGuest UserIt is very peaceful place. We also enjoy various games when we stay there which are offered by the resort. They also have good swimming pool and the gardens where we get chill in day and night.

GGuest UserThis hotel is close to railway station and the staff were polite and cooperative. For a short stay this place will serve the purpose and the property may be maintained still better
