Kanchipuram Hotels with Breakfast

My initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return. Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted. The second room had multiple functional problems: * Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty. * Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine. * Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter. Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols. While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.

We enjoyed our stay in esthell resort. We have been upgraded to newly constructed executive rooms. It was awesome. Amenities, games were enjoyed by myself and my kids. A wonderful place for kids to stay and enjoy.

It's a hotel with good price. There's a beach you can go. But it's a bit old.

Indeed very good property and land scaling, green herbal forest everything is excellent. Food is also good just request that restaurant at beach side has very limited vegetarian selection. Also in-house play games needed to be able mproved

Excellent stay with great staff that try to exceed the expectations of the customers. From the moment we walked in to the last second we got into the taxi every single staff member exceeded our expectations. A big shout out to the pool attendant that tried to enhance our fun time in the pool and the chef that made perfect fish for dinner for us. The whole team in the hotel made our journey memorable. Please enhance your facility by adding a sauna and steam room and you can become a truly 5 star hotel.

Resort located away from crowd, well maintained, scenic, accessible to beach, tasty food … rooms are not impressive… photos shown in website are of beachside rooms and allotted rooms to guest are different and traditional rooms like of a conventional hall ..

The hotel is clean and convenient. the beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. we had an issue with wifi in the 1st room. they immediately changed the room and the staff were very helpful. the only issue we had was with the breakfast. we were 4adults and 1child, and somehow the complimentary breakfast (wch was part of the package and the room was for 5ppl) was not given for the child.. we were very surprised. does a child not have breakfast? this is something that can be looked at. everything else was good.

location is perfect to cover all tourist hotspots within 1 KM. situated just 200 mt away from Indian Seashell Museum. the Property is above average and price wise it is very very worth it. Breakfast is also very good with multiple options. the Chef and Restaurant Waiters are very Good and honour every demand very happily. Rooms are clean. TV and Geyser work fine. the only problem is a few mosquitoes 🦟 that enter in the room through open window. all and all it is very good I will suggest and recommend every one with family must stay at this hotel. Pool is also very clean.

Decent hotel but too expensive for the price. The swimming pool was closed due to maintenance and this was not communicated while booking. You're better off paying slightly more and staying at a resort with beach access.

Excellent co-operation from the staff. Their quick response is much appreciated. Rooms are neta and clean. Wash rooms are also well maintained. Overall well maintained. Food was awesome
