Nedumbassery Hotels with Breakfast

I recommend this hotel to everyone. Everything is very clean, very delicious, very spiritually. All staff are happy and willing to help. We were here for one day after a month of staying in the aurved clinic. So we had both breakfast and lunch and dinner. The husband went to the gym and I was on a face massage. Sportsman is big but the minimum is necessary. The pool is not deep but clean. The lyejakov is small but they are all free) in the restaurant everything is delicious and with care of the guest. Surprised the lack of fish ... in the SPA good massage and cosmetics is just excellent. Before the compliment-ham process. I really understood the dress in the SPA office, I would like to buy such. next year we will come back to India and stay here for 2 nights. Everything is great. Hotel manager is a great young man, a great team!

The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

hotel is very near to Cochin Airport. The amenities given in the hotel are good and praise worthy. Staff are helpful and polite. The food in the restaurant is tasty. the rooms are maintained cleanly and tidy. The size of the room is somewhat small. TV cable did not work during our stay. conveyance in airport area is a bit costly and we have to make arrangements for cab or auto well before to avoid tension. over all our stay is excellent

Ebeneezer plaza locate in old airport road near cal convention centre. They provide airport pickup and drop service. Room's are neat and clean. Staff's are good manners. Parking available infront of this lodge

Its super near by to airport but don't know why taxi go around however when return from hotel just 6 mins walk to airport, room is clean not too big as picture and staff is good check in smooth. Nothing around any food or drinks but hotel give water its enough

Good for short stay around the airport,but they got a problem about the room keycard,the room is pretty decent and fine.

When registering at the reception, bcp of ***ipulations, passports, visas, photos .... Arriving at the airport the next day, we realize that the passport was partially broken .... Problem for registration, time loss and we must remake the passport !!!!! The room is a paddle cover while it is at least 40 degrees in the room under the roofs, 1 single wallpaper for 2, but it was taken after complaining.
