ЛЛена ПThey gave a bad view from the balcony, went to the respiratory and asked to change the room. They gave a choice of two. They chose the third floor with a view to the wet pool in February.
Breakfast is uniform.
Dinner is chic, on order, choice of four dishes for the first and second. There were crabs.
A bottle of water for 3 euros.
The spa complex of two pools, on the street water +30.
A chic salt room, sauna, ice room. They issued a swimming pool hat.

GGuest UserExcellent staff and services, very large thermal pool and excellent whirlpool, excellent breakfast, renovated room but very old windows and shutters! Overall a great hotel and the central location with beautiful pools makes it a great hotel! Too bad for the very old windows and shutters.

Personale gentile e disponibile.Cibo di buona qualita' in parte a buffet e in parte à la carte con menu fisso e portate a scelta.Camere ristrutturate essenziali ma dotate di tutto il necessario.Piscine con acqua termale esterne piccole per la capienza della struttura soprattutto se a pieno regime.Non collegate tra loro e con poca attrattiva..Da migliorare...

GGuest UserAlbergo centrale a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale, tranquillo, con ampi saloni arredati con gusto. Zona piscine ampia molto confortevole ma il bagno turco era fuori uso. Servizio reception cortese e corretto. Abbiamo fatto solo la prima colazione in un bel salone. Camerieri molto solerti e la colazione e’ buona con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, mentre il caffè potrebbe migliorare

GGuest UserAs soon as we arrived, we had to change the room twice because different things did not go, then to not change continuously as we were tired, we accepted the third room and stayed there despite all things that did not go like: the pad was not going down, the water was not flowing well in the washing room and they had to stir it to flow well, the top of the water circle moved everything, the hair dryer did not work, They had to remove one lamp over the mirror because the electric wire was out, so also dangerous because the nearby shower was there, then they were waving works and close parkings. The Spa is not special. The staff was not as kind and comfortable as it should be. The breakfast is very low. The structure is all to be renovated and the price does not match what you should receive. Sorry I did not take pictures to show you the vision of things, I learned for the next time.
All of us were very disappointed and we will no longer return to give all that money to a 4-star hotel that doesn't shine.
If you don't believe it, check yourself for your supporters or customers and check if things are really like that, but in this period.
