ししんごOne mistake ruined a fun family trip. The hotel service and staff are excellent. I think I was able to stay comfortably.
However, as a result of the lack of confirmation of food allergies that I requested twice in advance, my daughter suddenly changed her physical condition after the appetizer for dinner.
Transported to Yamanashi prefectural Central Hospital by ambulance.
I was able to return to the hotel during the day, but the bath was prohibited and breakfast was not available the next morning, and the hotel stay was coma.
I couldn't get dinner and breakfast, so I received a refund request, but why did I come to the resort and be carried by ambulance, and instead of refreshing, I got tired. I don't understand that the accommodation fee is taken exactly. Half of the stay time is an ambulance.
The energy and physical strength were cut off, and the schedule was changed the next day, and it came home early.
I want the hotel to understand that one confirmation leak has ruined my family's summer vacation.

JJolly富有歷史感的農莊度假設施 設有創辦人開發此地區嘅歷史博物館 早晚自助餐都是自家出品食品 本館房間會比較懷舊 如果不能接受建議預約新館嘅房間 設有大浴場免費泊車 可惜清里地區景點比較少 但休閒嘅感覺同新鮮嘅食品，彌補以上嘅不足
