To have Emerald Beach as your front yard and the aquarium as your neighbor is a luxury few hotels can claim. The architecture maximizes the stunning views of Ie Island, and the transition from the sophisticated lobby to the pristine coastal surroundings is seamless. The resort successfully captures the 'Okinawa Blue' spirit in every corner. Service & Amenities The service here felt notably more 'high-touch' and personalized. The staff navigate the complexities of a large-scale resort with grace and genuine warmth—a step above the standard 'transactional' service seen in city hotels. You can feel the passion and warmth the moment you arrive at the resort. Accommodation Note The rooms are impressively spacious by Japanese standards and the location is right in between Churaumi Aquarium and Bise Fukugi Tree Road by foot!!! Guest Tip: Ensure you are present at your balcony to embrace the magnificent sunset. Watching the sun dip below the horizon around 5:00 PM is a transformative experience that defines the beauty of this resort.

The hotel has a minimalist design. We were upgraded to a lagoon view room, and the water was beautiful on a good day. There are two small, enclosed beaches, but the sea was still quite cold in May. The two pools close early and apparently won't be open late until September. There are a few massage hot spring pools which are quite comfortable. For breakfast, sometimes you have to get a number and wait for a table. The French toast with cream and jam was super delicious, the bread was so soft it melted in your mouth. The pudding bread was also good. Overall, the desserts and bread were outstanding. The dishes varied daily. On the first day, there was freshly grilled steak, and the bitter melon scrambled eggs were very tasty. On the second day, there was Agu pork hotpot.

We were welcomed warmly by the hotel staff. One of the hotel staff (feeling bad for not getting their names) brought us to our room and showed us our room amenities. The Premium Suite is very big and there is only one such suite in the whole hotel. The Suite comes with a balcony, living room, bedroom, futon area, large bathroom and a separated toilet. The balcony faces the beautiful sea. The only downside during our trip is that the sunset was covered by the clouds. The dining area is on the 2nd floor where our booking included one full-course meal for both dinner and breakfast. The staff will ask for your preferred dining timing during the check-in. Our futons were set up during our dinner time. We got to eat a good variety of dishes during our meals, and the food was very good and fresh. The staff also tried to introduce each dish in English. Thank you. Hot bath/onsen and steam room is located on the 1st floor. Not sure if everyone is enjoying the bath within their room, it was pretty quiet during our visit. We did not notice any gym or laundry facilities though.  Price aside, it is definitely highly recommended for families and larger group of friends who likes to enjoy the hotel stay and amenities. You will probably not feel like travelling out after stepping in.

Outstanding Family Resort Experience We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort to families visiting Okinawa. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our holiday memorable. One of the best decisions we made was purchasing the Savvy Club package. It offered excellent value through discounts on restaurants and activities, and an added bonus was that lunch and dinner were complimentary for children under 12. For families, this made a significant difference and enhanced the overall experience. The range of activities available was truly impressive. Beyond the usual water sports, there were opportunities for snorkeling, diving, and unique marine life programs. Our children especially loved the experiences with the sea turtles and dolphins, which became the highlight of the trip and created memories they will talk about for years to come. Swimming with the dolphins was particularly special and an experience we will never forget. Another standout feature was the indoor water park. It was a huge hit with our children and provided the perfect alternative when the weather was either rainy or simply too hot to be outdoors. Having such a high-quality indoor facility meant there was always something fun for the kids to do regardless of the conditions. What stood out most was the level of care shown by the staff. As we had a very early flight on our departure day, we informed the hotel that we would be checking out before breakfast service started. Without hesitation, they kindly prepared breakfast bento boxes for our family to take with us. It was a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel’s exceptional hospitality. From the facilities and activities to the outstanding service, this was one of our favourite family holidays. The children are already asking when we can come back, which says it all.

The hotel is located on Kouri Island, with a very nice view of Kouri Bridge. The room is large and equipped with cooking utensils. It can accommodate many people. The cleaning time was very random and did not follow the schedule, and the hotel staff came into the room to clean without prior notice. I was a bit dissatisfied. Since I had notified the hotel through Trip.com before departure that I would arrive very late, but when I arrived, I found that the front desk was closed, and there was no prior notice from Trip.com or the hotel about the key collection arrangements, which made my group very panic. Fortunately, I found Trip.com customer service to find the password. Thank you to the customer service and compensation for helping me handle it that day.

Here are some detailed tips: 1. **Transportation**: You can take the Limousine Bus (CD line) directly from Naha Airport to the hotel entrance. The last bus departs at 6 PM. Look for the 'Airport - Domestic Terminal' direction, and purchase your ticket at Gate 2. Cash payment is required. The hotel front desk can book a return bus to the airport/Naha Bus Terminal, but only morning departures are available. The bus stop is located just a short walk to the left after exiting the hotel. The journey typically takes 1.5 hours. 2. **Dining**: I recommend booking a stay that includes breakfast; the buffet breakfast is excellent, and you can enjoy it with ocean views. For dinner, you can purchase the buffet on-site. Remember to use the 10% discount coupon provided by the hotel. Dining options nearby are limited; about 100 meters from the hotel, there's only one shabu-shabu restaurant, which also offers sukiyaki. 3. **Shopping**: The hotel has a souvenir shop and a convenience store, but prices are a bit high. About 100 meters from the hotel, across the road, there's a Family Mart convenience store with reasonable prices. 4. **Facilities**: All water sports activities on the beach incur extra charges, but the pricing is transparent. The outdoor and indoor pools are free, and the indoor pool is heated. There's a fee for the hot springs, which varies depending on the time of day, with mornings being cheaper and evenings most expensive. I suggest going in the afternoon; it opens after 4 PM, there are fewer people, and you can enjoy the beach view. It's located near the indoor pool on the first floor and can be a bit hard to find, so ask a staff member for directions. It costs 600 JPY per person in the afternoon. If you opt out of room cleaning, the hotel provides a 1000 JPY voucher that can be used at the hotel's hot springs, restaurants, or convenience store. 5. **Rooms**: The rooms are generally clean. Remember to request a high floor from the staff, especially if you've booked an ocean view room. Late check-ins might only get lower-floor rooms, but it's worth trying to get a higher floor; while all ocean view rooms offer a sea view, the perspective differs significantly. 6. **Surroundings**: You can take a taxi to Onna Station, which is like a service area with some snack stalls and a supermarket. The taxi ride takes about 15 minutes and costs approximately 100 RMB for a round trip.

Very convenient hotel. There is a combination of perfect location (very close to Emerald beach, 10 min walking to the best corals I ever seen in Bisezaki, 3 min walking to Churaumi aquarium with outside turtle pool and dolphins show, probably optimal point to discover Ocean Expo park with really great garden and big culture museum, Yanbaru bus station at entrance, Lowson in 50 meters), great friendly service (also in english available, and they try to help you in any situations), comfortable rooms (you can find all necessary things you need), wash and dry machine were our regular helpers, vanity tools are available on desc at reception (its free), small shop with souvenirs and other gifts you can also find inside, water pool have enough space for quit big company and includes kids zone (0,6 m depth). And all of this plenty peculiarities have a great background - there is no many people (also exactly in hotel, there is only three floors). So, if you prefer small number of people and want to find lovely place by chip price, I want to recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect, staff was kind and helpfull, food was very good for both breakfast and dinner, the location is amazing and we were often completly alone on their private beach (as it might've been too cold for the locals). Lots of nice and cozy restaurants arpund the hotel as well, you can get there by ”airport bus limousine”, when you're not acustomedto.how it works it looks a little scary but just go to the counter when you arrive to the airport and they'll help you out! Just know that you're in zone B Onna Village, make sure to vheck the time of departure online beforehand as you might need to sleep a noght in Naha if you arrive too late. Theres also a lot of activities nearby, I greatly recommend the snorkling/scooba diving.

The ultimate choice in Okinawa! Stunning beach, caves, and perfect family vibe Our second room was just as wonderful. If you are looking to stay on the main island of Okinawa without taking extra flights to outer islands like Ishigaki, this is hands down the best hotel for a family vacation with kids. What we absolutely loved: * Stunning beach and nature: The beach is perfect and super safe for children. There is an incredibly beautiful, winding path along the shore. The rocky coastline, scenic caves, and lush tropical plants make walking around a magical experience. * A winning hotel chain: We highly recommend combining your trip with their sister property. If you do travel to Ishigaki, stay at ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort—it is easily one of the finest hotels on that island. Both resorts represent the absolute top tier of hospitality. * Flawless service despite flight issues: Our only complaint about the entire trip goes to ANA Airlines, as our return flight to Tokyo was delayed by 8 hours, which was quite exhausting. However, this is strictly an airline issue. It has nothing to do with the hotels themselves and their wonderful, dedicated staff who did an impeccable job. The local Okinawans at the resort are the sweetest and most welcoming people. Between the brilliant service, incredible nature, and great facilities, this was a dream vacation!

The location is fantastic, and there's a private beach with water activities. The swimming pool is also very clean. Every room has a balcony, and the rooms themselves are incredibly spacious. There's plenty of parking available too.
