"I've stayed in multiple Brown Dot hotels from Songtan to Busan and now here in Daegu. This is probably the nicest one of them all so far! Love the old brick style and the decor to go with it. The location is great as it's right in the city. Walking distance from a Korean-styled Starbucks that's very popular. This is the first time I've ever used a Kiosk to check-in and out which was very convenient with an English option. I must say that the check-in time is probably the latest I've ever experienced which is 5pm, but I was able to leave my luggage in the dining area with no issue then come back. Definitely might try to stay here again if I come back and the price was great as I'm a Diamond Tier Trip.com user so it was only $56 including tax"

The room, service, and food were all excellent! Easily better than any hotel I've stayed at in the US costing at least twice as much. Breakfast was fantastic every morning with lots of options and all freshly prepared on site. The hotel was an easy walk from a huge number of dining options and a nice park. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke excellent English which was not expected, but certainly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Here’s a refined version while keeping your warm, positive tone: Great location! Just a short walk from Dongdaegu Station and many well-known eateries. I felt truly welcomed during my stay — a special thanks to Ann, front desk for her kindness. She even wrote a thoughtful welcome card wishing me wonderful memories in Daegu. Although there were a few small inconveniences, the friendly smiles and excellent service from Ann and the rest of the staff made my stay outstanding. I happily give this hotel 5 stars and hope to return in the future again!

The accommodation is very comfortable with complete facilities. Although we arrived before check-in time, the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage. During our stay, the hotel was under renovation. We had reserved breakfast, but it was not available, so the hotel refunded us and upgraded our room for one night. However, we had to move to a different room the next night due to ongoing renovations. The room conditions matched the pictures shown. The staff was lovely and, despite not speaking English, made great efforts to assist us. There are convenience stores and numerous restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient for work. Transportation is easy, with a bus stop within walking distance. If there is an opportunity, we will stay here again.

The hotel bed was a bit soft, but the room was spacious. The location is excellent, near Jungang-ro. There's a 24-hour E-Mart and Olive Young within a five-minute walk. Downstairs, there are BBQ, sausage soup, and rice restaurants. Several supermarkets are nearby, so you can easily buy medicine if you have an upset stomach. Public transportation is also very convenient. The front desk even lent us an umbrella when it rained. Overall, it's great value for money.

It's conveniently located near Dongdaegu Station. I loved that they even provided a simple breakfast in the morning. I'm very satisfied with this level of service for this price. The facilities are also clean.

Swimming in the winter infinity pool was the best, exceeding my expectations. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable and nice. I would love to stay here again on my next trip. The cafe next to the lobby is friendly, but... the coffee taste is a bit underwhelming. There are good food options down the hill, and it's close by. The hill was tiring though, haha. The view of Suseong Lake is great, too. 💕

I booked this accommodation in a hurry for a business trip, but it exceeded my expectations. The room condition was hotel-quality, and the amenities were well-provided individually, allowing for a clean and hygienic stay. Above all, the river view was so magnificent that I definitely want to visit again.

This hotel has a very strict 3 pm check-in policy, even the room is ready and the guest has been waiting for quite a long time, there's no exception. Actually from 1 pm they allow an early check-in but need to pay for every one hour. I've stayed in a lot of international hotels in the multiple countries, there were two three times I requested early check-in after a long time flight, they happily did for me if the room was ready. This hotel I felt the money I spent and the experience I got didn't match. Location was very close to the exhibition, convenient. Quite expensive during the exhibition time. For the restaurant need to walk for sometime, but worth going. The room was good enough.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the modern bathrooms came with high-quality toiletries. I also appreciated the small details like complimentary water, tea, and fast Wi-Fi. Facilities: We booked a family room for a trip with friends. It had two large double beds, and the bathroom was well-equipped with towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and a hairdryer. The room had a large window with good natural light and ventilation, and also a dining table and chairs. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, and the room had no unpleasant odors. Service: The lobby on the first floor was spacious, with self-service check-in. There was a coffee machine, ice maker, and microwave. Environment: The hotel isn't located on a main street, but it's very close to a bus stop. The surrounding environment is quiet, likely in a residential area. There's a police station nearby, so the safety is good. However, there are no convenience stores nearby; there's one small shop, but it's probably not open 24 hours. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and highly recommend it. We would definitely stay again if we had the chance. ☺️☺️
