Jeonju Hotels with Breakfast

Samlockhon was literally smack bang in the middle of the village you walk outside and you are right in the centre of the transitional village. The place itself is beautiful and they keep it so pristine inside. Each room has air conditioning so you don’t have to worry if it gets too hot. We were allowed to store our bags by the property early and then they left them inside the room for us. We had to leave early so wasn’t able to have breakfast but the owners ran to give us some waters before our taxi arrived which was cute. Defo recommend!

Clean and cosy hanok house. There is no bed but mattress is provided. A good experience to sleep on the ondol flooring. Breakfast prepared by the owner was healthy. It was served at about 8am. There are a total of 4 units for guests. We can laze around in the room or in the garden yard.

Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from Jeonju station but 30-35 minutes by bus to Hanok Village. Room was very clean and equipped with kitchenette and best of all, a clothes drying/sanitizing machine! Excellent view of the city on 16 floor. Front desk staffs and Manager very helpful although they speak limited English. Across the road have local eateries and a CU convenience store. Level 1 has a pizza shop and small 7-11 store. Only negative feedbacks is the bathroom which will filled with water during shower as no separation between shower and toilet. Overall, comfortable and clean hotel to stay. Oh, hotel restaurant at level 6 serves value for money shabu shabu for lunch @ KRW14,900!

It was truly wonderful! My husband and I booked this place because we wanted to explore Jeonju Hanok Village, and it couldn't have been better. The owner was so kind, and breakfast was included at an affordable price. It was also really fun to prepare our own breakfast. It was also very close to the Hanok Village, which was great. I wish you continued success!

It's located near a Hanok village, has many amenities nearby, and is easy to find as it's right on the main road. The management system is better than Vis. I plan to use it again.

첫 제주여행으로 어디에서 묵을지 매우 고민이 많았습니다! 저는 협재와 애월을 중심으로 관광할 예정이라 위치 선정에 고민이 많았답니다 (╥﹏╥) 제주공항에서 20분 이내! 호텔 큰처 스타벅스, 편의점이 위치 해 있었고 지하주차장&지상주차장 두개가 있어서 매우 유용하게 사용할 수 있었어요 ! 청결도도 좋았고 청소 서비스 및 직원분들도 친절했습니다 :)

For the price, this hotel is perfect and I honestly don’t know how they are even making a profit. The rooms were clean and spacious enough to fit 3 people. I liked that there was a sink and a sofa near the windows. Its going to be a drive several blocks down to the hanok village but taxi fares are very cheap compared to the US. Expect maybe like 6000 krw to the hanok village from the hotel. The restaurant (현대옥) across the hotel serves jeonju bean sprouts soup and that is really really good. All in all, this is no ritz carlton but its 1/20 price and it really is much much much better than the low cost hotels u would expect in the US.

The room is small for three people. There's not even enough space to open a suitcase. The bathroom is also very small. Basic amenities are provided: disposable toothbrushes, trash cans, and a hair dryer. Air conditioning is available. The room is made of red clay and wood, so consider this if you're sensitive to smells. Mirrors are inconvenient to use. There's no refrigerator in the room; there's a shared fridge at the end of the living room. The noise from upstairs was louder than the noise from the neighboring units. Breakfast includes toast, bread, juice, coffee (on request), bananas, tomatoes, and jam. You have to make your own toast.

We have stayed here before. We did have a bit of difficulty getting the tv to work (not sure which buttons to push) but it worked after a few minutes of trial and error. The lighting is too dim for reading in the room at night. A good firm bed which gave us a good sleep. Once again we enjoyed the French Toast for breakfast - with sunnyside up fried egg, small salad and extra bits on the plate, beautifully placed on the plate. A good start to the day.

The place is relatively clean although there are mosquitoes inside the room so you gotta spray the mosquito spray so that it wont bite you when u sleep xD Location wise is pretty good in a sense that it is near attractions, church, and the hanok village. Its just that at night its pretty dark so if youre a girl alone, best not to stay up until late. The reception was really nice and friendly, he made me feel welcomed! Amenities are also not bad, all the necessities are covered and the soap smells vv nice xD (pls dont mind the bed in the second picture… haha thats when i left but it was rly neat when i went.)
