AABYIUGreat location. One of the better gyms I’ve seen in a hotel. Not much service for me to comment on but they were prompt when requesting for water and towels via the app.
One odd encounter was to get a letter or msg that they need to charge my card due to high bill. The amount was less than US$400 🤔. We were staying here for 15 days and already prepaid the rooms.

WWangyihe1688The hotel's location is excellent, with a large shopping mall nearby and close proximity to the subway station. Plus, there's a direct bus to the airport! The daytime staff provided great service, but the night shift was just so-so.

AAnonymous UserIt’s a good hotel, the staff are attentive and helpful and the afternoon tea and happy hour (as part of the executive premium package) were great. Breakfast was standard but slightly less quality than some of the other Courtyard properties in Seoul but over it was a great stay. Would recommend it.

GGuest UserUnless you speak Korean or English, do not stay at this hotel. The service is terrible, and communication is impossible, let alone a good experience. I'm just glad I made it out alive.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, it was very clean and spacious, which was nice.
However, the room is not soundproof at all, so it's noisy.
I can hear the sound of chairs being pulled up and the sound of people using the bathroom.ㅜ
And since they also run a large room, there's a cleaning cart that goes around the hallway even after check-in, which seems to contribute to the noise.
However, it was close to Jeongja Station, so it was convenient to use.
