SseoulseoulThis is our second time staying at this hotel and it seems that a couple of things have slipped since last year when we last visited. Firstly, the bathroom has a very strong smell of mold - which gets worse after you shower. I couldn’t see mold visible, but I suspect it is coming from the drainage. The smell is strong enough for a non sensitive person to notice it. There is also a strange smell in elevators, but I suspect it is related to people using the elevator to go to and from the pool. The breakfast seems to have gotten worse in terms of offerings from last year, but the staff are pleasant and helpful. The pool is great and well managed.
GGuest UserThe location is fairly good, close to a large mall (AK). A bit of walking to a subway station
The room was fairly large, but simple otherwise. There was a washer but no detergent. No dryer but there is a styler and a drying rack provided.
Small refrigerator. No kitchenette so no dishes, cups, or utensils.
The bathroom has a clear glass door so there is no privacy.
Overall, it was an average, clean hotel.
GGuest UserWe stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!!
All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient.
Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management:
1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom.
2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area.
3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes
4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep.
With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!
GGuest UserUnless you speak Korean or English, do not stay at this hotel. The service is terrible, and communication is impossible, let alone a good experience. I'm just glad I made it out alive.
AAnonymous UserIt’s a good hotel, the staff are attentive and helpful and the afternoon tea and happy hour (as part of the executive premium package) were great. Breakfast was standard but slightly less quality than some of the other Courtyard properties in Seoul but over it was a great stay. Would recommend it.
IIris3258The room is clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff are also very friendly. The hotel is close to the subway station, making it very convenient to get around.
I would definitely stay here again next time if I have the chance.
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is incredibly convenient—close to many restaurants, a department store (which also has excellent eateries on the lower level), and the subway station. I was assigned a room on the fifth floor, which I believe is non-smoking. The noise level was minimal, and the staff were friendly. Tea, coffee, and bottled water are replenished upon request. There is also a free coffee machine on the ground floor.
GGuest UserIt's great to stay in here. The owner is so kind. The room is clean and the bathroom too. The building look old but the room is no, so far its so good to stay in there!! But I forgot to put the trash in outside. Im really sorry, i forgot it:)
