Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel location was excellent — there were so many restaurants nearby, and the Hyundai Department Store being less than a 5-minute walk away was a huge plus.
All of the staff were incredibly kind and helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. They also greeted us warmly every time we entered the hotel. The hotel has a great fitness center and a swimming pool, although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool during this visit.
I’m already planning to stay at this hotel again this fall. I absolutely loved the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Korea.
GGuest UserThe room was great, and the facilities were very complete. It's right next to a subway station, about 10 stops from KSPO. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center, and even further from the airport. If you have an early flight, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It took us 2.5 hours to get to the airport that day, leaving almost no time for duty-free shopping. I think if you're going to KSPO, it might be better to stay near Seongsu or Dongdaemun, where we stayed the night before, as the subway is also very convenient there. Honestly, the hotel itself was very good, and they were nice enough to let us check in even though we were outside the usual check-in time. Thumbs up! And the location was something we considered ourselves, so we can't blame the hotel.
AAKI_ApichhI stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for about a week and overall had a very pleasant experience. The suite was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for a longer stay. One thing to note: the bathtub is quite deep, which might be a challenge for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Breakfast: a good mix of Western and Korean options, all well-prepared and tasty. The coffee, in particular, was excellent — probably the best I’ve had at a hotel. Reception staff were polite(mostly... except the one male reception who deline on advice...) If you plan visit downtown in Seoul it might be quite far. Would recommend for families or longer stays, just keep the bathroom design in mind depending on your needs.
GGuest UserBuffet was layed out well and the food was tasty. The staff is very accommodating and friendly; however, the room had multiple discrepancies such as large hand prints on the T.V mount and hairs found on the bed (1 small curly hair at the bottom of the bed and 1 long hair under the pillow). The pillows were comfortable but shed feathers at the lightest touch flying everywhere.
Overall besides the cleanliness factor the Hotel is a great place to stay especially with their projected events and rooftop.
GGuest UserStaff were very helpful when I showed up at the lobby and helped me with my luggage. The room was really big with a nice bathtub and daily housekeeping was flawless. I especially like the free laundry service for guests who stays for more than 2 nights! Tonnes of food options well within walking distance. I’d love to return for a stay here if I’m back in this area for work :)
산산남동I stayed for 5 nights. It was easy to get around Seoul since Moran Station, which is close by, has both Line 8 and the Bundang-Suin Line. Food was also easily taken care of with a market and a food street nearby. The hotel itself was clean for the price, and the bathroom and TV facilities (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) were all in good working order. The most impressive thing was how incredibly kind the person at the front desk was. Even though I was just a transient guest, they answered my questions thoughtfully and genuinely helped resolve any issues, for which I'm very grateful.
GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel for the price. It was clean, very very well heated(especially important in wintertime) and even had a very nice clean bathroom and bathtub. The bathtub was especially nice and big and comfortable to relax in. This hotel is located very near Sunae metro station and also relatively near Jeongja metro station. Jeongja station will get you downtown pretty quickly while Sunae is on the Bokjeong(I think) line which has a lot on it. The staff was very helpful and the area was safe even at night. There are many options for eating, fast-food and higher tier options as well. No, not a luxury hotel, but definitely a good price considering the location, convenience, and helpful staff.
IIris3258The room is clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff are also very friendly. The hotel is close to the subway station, making it very convenient to get around.
I would definitely stay here again next time if I have the chance.
GGuest UserThe boss was not at the front desk and waited for a while before coming over. The attitude is very good, that is, I often don't have to call. Although it is on the first floor, it is still comfortable to live. There is an e-sports computer, which is useless. The space is not large, the sound insulation is average
