"WoW! As in wow. Sayang kasi saglit lang kami sa hotel dahil flight na namin ng 6am. All amenities and the room (even the bathroom, pangmayaman huhu), 10 out of 10 talaga. Super classy, clean, cool, complete needs from towel, coffee and all. Definitely will book again here kapag nag visit ulit ako sa bicol for personal and work travel ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sulit every penny!
Also, the staffs and even the owner mismo is friendly and accomodating. 🙏❤️
From the cost (na sulit talaga kapag nakita mo ung room), the rooms with amenities to staffs - 100% super recommended! Plus, ung tranfer to airport na kasama sa package, kahit super aga ng flight namin, they are willing to give you car service ❤️
Thank you so much, A Traveller’s Inn ❤️
P.S. Sayang di ko napicturan ung place, super pagod na kasi sa tour haha pauwi moment na kasi 😭😂😘❤️"

Great
MManamiClean and safe. But there were ants, which was okay for me but my friends seemed uncomfortable.
The location was not nice. We rode a jeep from the main city for 1 hour. (we tried to get a taxi but they said we need to pay 3000 pesos)
The service was nice. we enjoyed a pool. And we could have a free breakfast.
CCSPimentelHotel should at least have laundry facility and hair blower for rent (if room has no hair blower facility). The family room should at least have shelves sufficient to unload clothes not just the side tables’ shelves. Bit we liked the cleanliness and staff attitudes.
GGuest UserThe service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests.
The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price.
The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.
AAbee06Very nice hotel! Clean and quiet. Located in Old Albay so very near fast foods, grocery, etc. They also catered to my request of a room with window :) Complete amenities so far although there is no elevator so not recommended for those with physical disabilities or seniors with gait problems.
Breakfast choices are just okay. Limited only.
LLiudaailiudaFacilities: Very simple, lower your expectations, benchmark it against domestic guesthouses. But the bed is very soft and comfortable. You can take a hot shower.
Hygiene: Cleaned very clean, the bedding and towels are fragrant.
Environment: Located in the city center, with restaurants, banks, and depar**ent stores nearby. The rooms facing the street can see the volcano.
Service: 5 stars! Can meet any of your requirements! Always stand up, bow and greet people with a smile when entering the door.
RReaBorjalThe building and the amenities are good. The receptionist and security guards were helpful. My biggest problem is the noise of cleaning crew at midnight. I’m not sure if they know that the rooms are not sound proof. I reported an issue with the power turning off then on again. Took a long time to resolve it by having me transfer to another room. The room did not have a chair, so I opted to dine in for breakfast. The breakfast is in another hotel.
OoregonAverage. Air conditioner failed the first night, super hot all night. Moved us to another room the next day. Toilet leaked and would not stop running, they attempted to fix it but needed a plumber. Water then turned brown in both the toilet and the sink, the shower stayed clean. Checked out 3 days later with water still leaking and dirty.
442geIt's OK, just a normal youth hostel. There are towels but no hot water for showering, no hair dryer, and slippers. Did you ask for one that looks like it's been weathered?
JJay TravelWe booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.
