GGuest UserVery clean, modernised rooms, bed very comfortable, aircon old style hole in the wall mounted but okay, and key card which also turns on the power. Unfortunately, fridge and aircon go off too when you go out.
After the bad rap breakfast has been getting, we made sure we went early (soon after opening at 6.00am), and it was more than satisfactory.
Two staff were trying very hard to make sure we were happy... probably as a consequence of the bad reviews.
Front desk very efficient, very handy commercial laundromat on ground floor where you can wash and dry two suitcases full of clothes for 260 pesos.
A couple of minor issues we had were dealt with straight away.
Very central location with a 5 minute walk to several shopping malls.
CONS:
Trip.com does not warn you that you will have to pay 2000 peso refundable deposit when you arrive.
CClark OThe hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spacious, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a pleasant stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to access nearby areas. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to others.
BBARBIE BARBERANhotel's excellent location and the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, then detail the cleanliness and comfort of the room, mentioning specific amenities like the view or toiletrie
AAnonymous UserThe hot and cold shower was not working. They refused to give us complementary water during our second day even though we told them that we would not be availing the free breakfast because of our early flight.
FFaith LobatonWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, newly renovated, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was close by. We would definitely stay here again!
TTom&JeryNot as expected☺️ I ordered the food for the next morning, they said they didn't cook. When I woke up and ordered the food around 10am they said ordering is already closed when in their ads it says breakfast is from 8am-11am. Imagine how hungry I am because I arrived at almost 12 midnight. I didn't have food to eat. Also there was no mirror in the room to look at yourself. I just used my phone then😅Also there was no water in the morning so I left the room didn't took a bath. When the water came, it was so dirty that when I flushed the water the color was brownish. But I salute the receptionist in the evening for letting me borrow her charger and to the madam who let the electric fan faced me to feel cool while waiting for my grab taxi😍
GGuest UserWhen I checked in, it was said to be a buffet breakfast, but it turned out to be one for each person. The swimming pool was pretty good and there was a special section for children. The restaurant provided local food at a reasonable price. The room was quite clean, but the furniture was a bit old. There was free drinking water in the corridor, so you have to bring your own cup. Tools, choose a hotel with a swimming pool, this is a good choice
GGuest UserThe views were amazing. I thought the food was really really good and it was also made for sharing, which was nice. We got the free breakfast every day and I thought the breakfast was really good compared to what I’ve had other places in the Philippines. The view for the pool special sunset was as good as one can expect. Will you ask for Safari service they were there in the instant to pick you up, so I am completely satisfied with the experience and I would recommend it to anybody.
