"The location is fantastic and peaceful, with all services conveniently close by. I was upgraded to a larger room for free, at the same booking price. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the bed is clean and comfortable. Standard rooms are quite small but sufficient for someone on a business trip for a day or two, not for a long-term stay. A big thank you to the respected Mr. Khaldoun for his excellent service and hospitality."

Amazing
GGuest UserArrived at the hotel late, i found my room ready!
The room is clean, the staff are friendly and I loved the room design. Good choice for families.
GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.
GGuest UserAll facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.
AAnonymous UserOverall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.
Rekomenduję i chętnie wrócę!
GGuest UserConvenient Location, Comfortable Stay with a Few Lighting Quirks
I stayed at EWAA Express Khurais in Riyadh and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient—about a 15-minute walk to a shopping area with plenty of food options like Starbucks, KFC, Wendy’s, Al Baik, and a Panda hypermarket.
The hotel is simple but functional. Rooms are clean and spacious, with a large, comfortable bed. Initially, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, which felt quite dark due to having no outside view. The staff were kind enough to switch me to a room on the 2nd floor, which had a full-height window facing the highway. The difference: the 4th floor room was quieter but darker, while the 2nd floor room was brighter with a view, though some traffic noise was noticeable. I chose the 2nd floor in the end as I prefer natural light.
One unique point is the corridor lighting. The hotel doesn’t use ceiling lights in the hallways, relying instead on small wall-mounted lights. This makes the corridors feel quite dim. It seems to be a design choice across the EWAA hotel group, not just this location. If you're sensitive to low lighting or feel uneasy in darker spaces, this might be something to consider.
Breakfast was decent—not a feast, but enough to fill up. No egg station, but the basics are covered. Also worth noting: the hotel offers bicycles for guests to borrow, which is a nice touch, although I didn’t try it myself.
Overall, a good value stay if you’re looking for a clean, well-located hotel with friendly staff and don’t mind a few quirks in lighting and noise.
AAIMAN KALANTANThe hotel is beautiful and has an even more beautiful view, overlooking Al-Shabab Club stadium. The receptionist was flexible and helpful. The furnishings are modern and new. There is free underground parking available in the basement. What I didn't like was the breakfast; it wasn't up to standard, and I wished it was an open buffet.
GGuest UserThe room was a bit small, but for the price, it was acceptable. Breakfast was delivered to the room due to Ramadan, and the portions were generous. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, there were visible stains on the pillows, and I broke out in a rash the next day. The design of the bathroom faucet is a bit flawed, as water tends to splash everywhere.
TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.
