"The room was spacious and well-equipped. The toiletries were also of good quality. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to King's Centre, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the Sky Bridge. Breakfast was delicious too. The staff were very enthusiastic. They quickly helped me find scissors when I unexpectedly needed them. Highly recommended! (P.S. I booked last-minute and received confirmation within 20 minutes.) "The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are relatively small. I was a bit surprised that the twin room had a 0.8m bed. However, the service was quite good, and the breakfast was also very good. There were many local foods, and the bread tasted quite different from Western food. The cheese at breakfast was excellent!"

GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

GGuest UserWe arrived in the early morning to check in. The front desk staff was very responsible. The next day we had to go to the airport to catch a flight after watching a football game, and time was very tight. The hotel concierge, Concierge bellman Ibrahim, gave us a lot of help, allowing us to watch the game without worry and take the hotel car to the airport. Thank you very much, Concierge bellman Ibrahim.

GGuest UserI stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. It is conveniently located next to the major subway station so I could travel within town without being stuck in infamous traffic. I had a suite and it was tastefully decorated and had all the modern levels of comfort, including the smart light system and a stand alone tub. Since it was my birthday, I also was given a very delicious complementary cake to celebrate this occasion, along with a basket of fruits and Arabic coffee.
I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
P.S. One note - I wish they had a concierge because none of the reception employees knew anything about the celebration of the Founding Day, not even the fact that the roads to the hotel were blocked by the police and it took extra 30 mins for the taxi driver to go around.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

For that price and that location it’s already worth it.
The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.
I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.

EErtiaohuleBecause I booked the wrong room type, I asked Ctrip to help communicate and change the room type as soon as I made the reservation, and confirmed that it had been changed. However, when I arrived at the front desk, it was still not changed, and finally I was given an extra bed.
WIFI is very slow and unstable.
There are a lot of houses under construction around, so it's quite noisy.
