YYounès MhamediThe Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, although renowned for its standard, unfortunately leaves something to be desired in several aspects. When we arrived, the welcome was far from warm, which is disappointing for an establishment of this size. Fortunately, the room staff was able to compensate with their professionalism and impeccable service.
However, other aspects of the service were failing. At the pool, we were surprised to find that there were no staff to greet us and prepare towels, which is not up to the standards expected of a hotel bearing the Four Seasons name. It is crucial that these points are quickly improved to maintain the reputation of the establishment.

The hotel staff provided warm and attentive service.

MMARY ANNHad fun because they have a lot of things going on for eid. Hope they'll train the guard to assist guess to speak english, at least ask if we are guess so they can allow us to park inside because we were asked to park outside because of miscommunication. Outdoor pool hours is bad. Until 5:30 only when it just started to cool down. Location is far from city center but food delivery reaches. Dunkin donut by the lobby also helps.

SShatha Al-HmoudThe hotel was super and amazing, I was there because I was attending a sports even in Riyadh Arena, and it was 10 minutes walking distance from the location. It was also walking distance from Granada Mall, which was good enough for shopping all your needs.
The room was spacious, you will be amazed by the space considering it is a 4 stars hotel. The bathroom was super clean and well equipped with your necessities. I had iron, bath robe, extra pillows, extra bed covers, all in the room ready to use, without the need to request from the hotel.
The employees were helpful and their service was superb.
The breakfast was decent, small but it had all the varieties. The breakfast area was extra super cold, but this is a personal preference as some people like it that way...
An extra note that their check out is at 2.00 p.m. which actually amazed me, since all hotels checks you out at 12 pm.
I would definitely stay again there. Thank you

GGuest UserI stayed 3 nights in a King standard and had their breakfast buffet - both room and food was very good. The staff were exceptional - friendly, polite and quick to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The business lounge was a great place to do some work. And I was very happy to use their gym which was available for both women and men all times. Their lobby lounge was also a nice space to relax. They hosted a cultural event for the Founder’s Day holiday which was nice to feel like we were part of the celebration. The neighbourhood also had many options for good eating. I would stay here again if I come back to Riyadh.
