I visited Al Faisalia Hotel for the first time for business trips. The clean facilities were so good, and I felt a little far from the place where women exercised. The staff are so friendly. In particular, Jahangir bellman is kind with a warm smile, so I want to visit again next time. I couldn't find a meeting place near the hotel, so I guided me to that place myself. Thank you so much! I wonder if Uber drivers couldn't find a hotel location.

The photos posted on Ctrip don't match the actual room. The room is smaller than in the pictures and doesn't even have a bathtub 😠. For a suite, the price-performance ratio is just average, but the exterior of the hotel is quite photogenic.

The hotel is great in every sense of the word, but their problem is that they don’t have shaded parking spaces, and the elevator goes directly to the rooms. This is their only flaw.

Guest UserI booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms i was surprised there was a maid room which was not mentioned. In general the apartment is very big and clean and nice in my room AC had an issue they fixed it but still it was not cooling enough . Location is near to hospital you can hear al ambulance all day and night which might be very noisy some times. Middle of traffic always difficult to reach anywhere easily. The apartment is in good condition although bathroom need renew but there is no issues with it. The stuff specifically Mr. Mohamed Khayat is a so helpful and has enough info about event in Riyadh

Anonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located opposite a mall, making shopping and dining easy. The room was good and clean. You can grab a coffee or dessert on the sofa in the lobby, or enjoy a drink in the garden. The lobby bar staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young man who was always cheerful when I went to get hot water. Overall, great service from them. However, the front desk staff were a bit stiff and didn't smile much. On the bright side, the bellhops were very proactive, greeting guests and offering Arabic coffee. Breakfast was decent, but it's a typical Arabic breakfast, which might be a bit plain for those used to Chinese food.

The facilities is located in the middle of a building site so extremely noisy so very difficult to sleep as the work to late at night and start around 4.30am.

I didn't realize that there are two Swiss Flora Hotels nearby so my taxi dropped me off at the wrong one, which was very frustrating for me as I was exhausted and sick. But the kind front desk agent offered me a free ride with the hotel vehicle to the correct one, which was just around the block.
The hotel was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious (I had their traditional Saudi stew with rice and fresh squeezed orange juice) and the service was impeccable.
The room was very comfortable with all the modern amenities as expected in any city hotel, but the room had a faint cigarette smell which I didn't like. I was too tired to change rooms, do I dealt with it.
I asked for a wake up call at 2:30am which I did receive...thankfully!
