Amazing
GGuest UserExcellent friendly service especially from reception staff, Gigi and Oum, if you need pool towels general information etc. We spend most of our time traveling Europe, America, Australia and Asia and i can honestly say these two reception staff are a pleasant welcome along with others that i did not get there names, i highly recommend this hotel when visiting Buriram i have stayed here many times and never been disappointed.

LLanhuaStaying alone, booking a caravan room is a good idea. Very heart-warming
It's like camping, camping, mind camping. Overall service is very good. The food is good.
But next to the caravan room there is no hair dryer, but it doesn't mean that I like it. I like it. Traveling is convenient, close to Chang Arena. The restaurant is very beautiful. At night, if you sit and have a drink with friends, you'll feel really chill. If I have the opportunity to come to Buriram again, I will come to stay again and will recommend my friends to come as well.
Complete service, all lovely staff. I speak because there is no sulking.

KKairrroNice looking apartments with private parking. Location is good if you go there for racing or football events. Otherwise it's not really close to the city. My room was big and clean, no complaints. Shower gel, shampoo, soap, towel and clothes dryer for bathroom. TV, fridge and aircon in good condition. Big bench instead of chairs. Outside area is sweet. No sockets near to bed, no kettle. In rainy weather with no sun it's pretty cold inside. It's fine for this price (I had some promotion but it seems price starts from 500 baht)

There's still a glitch! It will be very inconvenient for travelers who want to use computers or want to dine in the room! It's a bit too hard to just sit on the floor and eat...

GGuest UserHad to ask to change room on the first night as the sheets were badly creased on one side of the double bed and it was quite obvious someone had slept in it
When I asked about breakfast which the add says was included with the room I was told there was only bread and coffee for breakfast so when I complained I was given vouchers to have breakfast in the hotel next door

KKT210 minutes walk from the bus terminal, 30 minutes walk from the station. 15 minutes walk to the shopping mall. 5 minutes walk to Seven and Big C. 2 bottles of water, roll, soap, shampoo, body wash are provided. There is a large refrigerator. There is no hair dryer. It is clean and neat. It is quiet. You can go to various places in Thailand from the bus terminal. Buriram Circuit is about 15 minutes by motorbike. It is a convenient place.

GGuest UserBooked a superior room. There was a problem with the electrical system. The large room was old and was changed to deluxe. The air conditioner was broken. Finally got a standard room with a new, cool air conditioner. Even though the bathroom is small, you can sleep in it. The manager should inspect the room. He shouldn't release rooms that aren't ready to guests. This morning I heard a lot of customers complaining about the air conditioning on the 6th and 7th floors. I feel sorry for the service staff.
