KKemahThis is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room smelled so fresh like fresh laundry. Everything was spotless. I saw housekeeping multiple times during our stay so there was always some cleaning going on. I am beyond satisfied.

I think this hotel could exceed expectations if a few things were added/changed. 1. The a/c throughout the hotel and in the rooms/bathrooms should be lowered tremendously. Especially in the warmer times of the year. 2. The parking garage should have some attachment to the hotel or at least make self parking free for guests. 3. It would be nice if the hotel had a pool for kids or guests to utilize. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel with a nice bar/lobby

The hotel is close to the Ford Center (Dallas Open - ATP 500 Dallas).., 20 minutes by foot.

GGuest UserThe service is very good, the environment is general, very close to the aass bio lab, realtime is not far away 15-20 minutes drive; breakfast is very fixed every day, bake waffles, yogurt, fruit, milk coffee juice, bacon eggs or patties eggs; it is still nice to print on the public computer.

NnanaynwThe hotel environment is quite nice, but many things in the hotel room are broken. The bathroom exhaust fan and ventilation system are not working, the microwave is unusable, and the room phone doesn't work. Additionally, the staff's progress is very slow, and they only take action after being repeatedly urged. Therefore, I can only give it two stars.
