AAnonymous UserCan walk to Harvard. Very satisfied with the hotel, there is a kitchen for cooking, the bathroom has underfloor heating, there is a big supermarket next to the hotel, the breakfast is very delicious, I have recommended it to several friends, and they are all satisfied

AAnonymous UserChecked in 29 and out 30 Dec. Check in was smooth and was allowed early checked in at 1pm plus. Room was decent with comfortable bed and coffee making ap apparatus. Toilet was equipped with refillable shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, handsoap and moisturiser. Couldn't find toothbrush and toothpaste. No bedroom slippers. Walk to Central (Red line) is 20 mins away, pretty far. But once on red line, traveling to various attractions are easy. Harvard and MIT stations for university tours and Downtown Crossing for shopping and eats. Nice view of river.

CcjhdcnThe hotel is nice, it's on a hillside and surrounded by hotels, it feels very safe, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to drive to anywhere in Boston by taking the expressway, and the laundry room charges $2 for washing and drying clothes.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and complimentary bottled water was provided. However, the location is quite remote, making it inconvenient if you don't have a car. Breakfast was just okay.

More than 40 minutes away from Boston by car, but there are supermarkets for eating near the hotel. The large conference center is actually quite convenient. In the United States, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the room design is good, and the stay is satisfactory!

DDarburaPros: New Yorker first time driving to Boston, so i need a hotel that provide parking. This hotel provide free and pretty safe parking in their basement which is excellent for interstate driving travelers. Beside free parking, this hotel also great for sightseeing Boston via public transportation. There is a bus stop right across the street. Bus 77 will go straight to the Red Line Harvard Station. You can transfer to Red Line and go straight to the city. Or you can transfer to Bus 1, which will take you to nearby Boston University and Newbury St. From Newbury St stop, you can transfer to the Green Line at Hynes Convention Center Station. There are a lot of attractions right on the Green Line for you to explore. When you are done with your travel, u can take Red Line or Bus 1 back to Harvard Station, then transfer 77 and it will take you back right next to the hotel. This hotel also provide free breakfast in my booking. The breakfast is nice but will be better if it can last to 10am during the weekdays. (6-9weekdays, 7-10 weekends) The room is not bad, pretty big with table, kitchen, refrigerator, sofa, two tvs and a bed. The room I have is pretty clean and I do not have much to complain. The hotel staffs are nice too. Cons: The mattress is not too hard or soft and is comfortable for me. However, it is little too noisy when you try to move or turn. The bathtub is slippery when you step in it, especially where there’s water in it. I have to grab the pole tight every time. The hotel need to address this issue for safety.

GGuest UserThe hotel is new, the bed is large and soft, and the room looked clean and odor-free. However. 1. The service was terrible. During my multiple stays, I was served by different staff members morning, noon, and night. Most of the staff, who looked like interns, were mediocre. One young male staff member with bangs even refused my request to renew my parking contract. 2. We were unexpectedly charged for parking. We weren't told and were charged two $30 parking fees. We didn't drive, though. 3. Upon arrival, we were told that cleaning only happens every other day, and we took it for granted. Trash is only collected on cleaning days. I recommend leaving it at the door; they'll take it. 4. The staff only knocked three times before swiping their card to let us in. While I was initially shocked, I got used to it after a few days. They would just open the door and make eye contact. So remember to use the deadbolt. Also, this review was written while sitting on the toilet. As you can see from the angle in the first photo, the toilet is completely visible the moment the door is opened. So corresponding to the 4 mentioned above, it is very scary.

Yyuan~erThe location is average and the health is OK. We are working there so choose. If it is a trip, it is more troublesome, because it costs 30 dollars to take a taxi to the city and 30 dollars to Harvard University. There are no slippers and toiletries in the room, and there are no hotels in the United States. It is very strange. Breakfast is mainly cold meals. It is good to use it as a fast hotel. Don't think about it compared with the domestic Hilton.

DDPTGLocated outside of Boston. Overall a very average experience: rude front desk staff; noisy a/c in the slightly smelly room; very poor breakfast. On the positive side it does have on site parking and a gym.
