"After a long drive from San Francisco, it was such a welcome surprise to see how clean and modern the Holiday Inn Express was. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were impressed. The receptionists were professionally dressed and treated us like welcomed guests with their warm, friendly attitude. Muriel, who handled our check-in, was outstanding, as was Sergio, who we spoke with later. Employees like them make Holiday Inn a fantastic place to stay. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. I had requested a quiet room when booking, and it was ready when we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The morning breakfast was abundant and delicious, with many different items to choose from. With all that said, thank you, Holiday Inn, for a memorable stay."
