This is really a nice place located in the center of the city. On the way back from SFO to LAX along 101, this would be the perfect spot to stop by for a night for the exotics sightseeing of the small Danish town. Hot spot for tourists but remain tranquil. The little Inn is cool with good attendants and qualified room, yet the only drawback is the TV system.

A super recommended hotel on No. 1 Road. I thought that the price was not high. I didn’t expect it to be much higher than the average Marriott configuration. The environment is very good, the implementation is complete, the room is big enough, and it is equipped with a microwave oven. There is a big supermarket 5 minutes drive from the side, praise

Guest UserThe hotel is old and appears renovated at some point but perhaps not by contractors experienced in finish work.
Overall, nice stay because we made it a nice stay for us.
DO NOT PAY FOR THE BREAKFAST. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.
Floors were squeaky so we heard walking until wee hours of the morning. Choose a top floor if you can.
Cleaning crews were noisy in the morning right outside our door so don't count in sleeping in pass 9:00 AM.
Toilet was loose and rocked as you sit.
Shower and sink had mold in the grout joints giving the impression of unsanitized although the smell of bleach upon arrival was quite strong.
Our window had wood rot and the crank was broken so the window could only be pushed or pulled open by the muntins.
Hotel was a bit pricey for what you get but this is a tourist destination so expect mediocre for high price.

Freddyg013The hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽

The front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay.
At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious
The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water.
The room is classic old money style

The first time I experienced the way their young people travel with their children, it was fresh and felt great. There are young people from all over here who can communicate, learn and share with each other. It suits them very well. In addition, we can cook here, suitable for us to make Chinese food, meet the needs of Chinese stomach.

The room is clean, but the facilities are old, and they are not comparable to domestic hotels. The breakfast is simple, with only sausages, egg rolls, bacon, and bread. The fruits are only bananas and oranges. There are also milk, coffee, and very unpalatable drinks.
The service attitude is good and quite enthusiastic.
Free parking, self-service laundry for $3, and dry cleaning for $2. You can go to the front desk to exchange coins, and you also need to buy laundry detergent. The laundry is open from 7:30 to 22:00.
There are no disposable items in the room, only cotton swabs. There is not even free water.
There are many places to eat nearby, all within walking distance. There are also supermarkets and banks.
Some rooms face the highway, which is a bit noisy at night. If you mind, please tell the front desk in advance.

Guest UserI called before arriving, asking about the bedding. I told them I was traveling with 91 yr. old mother and 67 yr. old sister. I am 71. They offer 1 queen and told me extra double would be very comfortable. It was a pull out couch. When you remove the cushions from sofa, there is a note pasted on the pull out that my sheet are in a bag in the closet. The pull out was metal springs. The bag has a top, bottom sheet and pillow with no case, 1 blanket. It took 5 layers of padding to make it sleepable.
All 3 of us left for the entire day and when we arrived to the room at 6:30 p.m. our used towels were still on the floor and trash cans were full. Fresh towels were delivered to our room from the common open area, not thru the hallway.
This stay was not what I expected of Marriott Residence Inn at $346.00 per night plus $15.00 per night for parking. Oh and there is a sign before you enter the hallways that tell you if your car is vandalized, Marriott is not responsible. Welcome to California in 2024.

Overall a good experience as seen from pictures. The person who served us (a lady) was very pleasant as well.
Only issue I had with the property is that they did not inform us that they were paving the roads in the morning. It was very dusty and surprised us. The dust was flying everywhere and we were awoken by the noise, even though it was only 9plus to 10 and check out was 1100hrs. If we knew we would have left earlier.
One thing I can also say is the fridge is bigger than any hotels we stayed, so kudos to that as we could put our stuff in.
