"The place is clean and quiet, especially safer for children. All facilities have no sharp corners, so it is absolutely safe for children. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time I travel."
Front desk service was fine. I was not able to obtain my IHG points because I booked through a third party. This should not matter. Front desk did not tell us that there would be a breakfast in the morning, included. So I wasted time looking for restaurants nearby, only to find out when I went downstairs to check out that there was indeed a breakfast.
The bathroom sliding door was off its track. Houskeeping should have noticed it and made arrangements for repair. I took the initiative to force the door back into the track. I am a retired facilities management guy.
Did not sleep well due to extremely soft mattress, pillows too fluffy (I like flat), and noise from the adjacent freeway.
The trip started out poorly because Trip.com's payment was invalid. We had to text your staff for close to an hour before we could check into our room, so were late meeting our family members for lunch. The women at the front desk were terrific and were doing everything they could - they weren't able to give us a key until the payment was straightened out. So we weren't very happy with Trio.com's service. How could something like this happen, where your payment wasn't valid? I would like a discount on my next trip due to that problem.
Once we were in, the service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm and were warm and clean. We loved soaking and swimming each evening after visiting with family.
The only curve ball was that the firepit wasn't operable. A man said it was due to the weather, but it had been clear and dry so that didn't make sense. Therefore, we had to drink our Christmas Eve Prosecco (which we bought at the hotel snack bar!) in the room, since it was too cold to sit outside without a firepit. Outside of that, it was a terrific visit and we would stay again.
We do hope that Trip.com makes good on the billing issue so we will use your site again.
I had a very long 18 Night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my time. The breakfast was AMAZING and the best thing by far. I am sure other reviews will mention the breakfast and I was not disappointed. The room was plenty spacious and had a delightful little patio around the swimming area. The staff was very diligent with the cleaning which was daily. I would certainly stay again for the breakfast. This location was perfect for my stay in Santa Rosa with plenty of options for just about anything within walking distance. 9/10 overall
Shout out to Berlin at the front desk. Every time I came back or left for the day, she always acknowledged me by my name and was always super friendly and helpful. Convenient location right off the freeway, next to Kaiser and close to a lot of wineries. This is a great place if you’re traveling with family. Spacious rooms, small, kitchenette, complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking. They have laundry onsite as well.
